I?m typing this on Wednesday evening at 8:55 pm. I came up to get a smoothie and apparently the two ladies are instructed to... close early. I knocked and the woman looked at me and pointed to the hours sign. I then pointed at the time on my phone and shejust kept staring at me nodding no? I?m sorry what? According to the sign your doors should not be locked. This is how the ?newmanagement? runs business.. what a joke. Will not be coming here again. Read more

DON'T ORDER FROM HERE! First of all, my husband ordered from online. He never checks before leaving to make sure the order was... right or anything. I wish he never ordered from here. Salad is extremely small not even a half piece of chicken cut up in saladand it looks unappetizing. You charge over $9 for that? Secondly, he ordered salt and vinegar chips but you put sun chips in thebag. I'm disappointed. Customer unsatisfied. THANKS alot but we will never order from you again. Read more

Nom! I ordered an Island Chicken Quesadilla and Orange Ginger Glo smoothie and both were fantastic! The staff were friendly and... inviting and I felt very welcomed. It smelled of fresh ginger as soon as I walked in and they said they had just cut some up.The environment is clean and the music is lively. I will be back. Read more
They?re finally open! I LOVE Tropical Smoothie and I?m so glad one opened in Houston! This is the nicest Tropical Smoothie I?ve... been in. It?s super modern, clean, and bright. It feels very cozy and everyone is super friendly and they have great taste inmusic (very important, clearly ????). Anyway, the food did NOT disappoint. It was very good! (Sorry I didn?t get enough pics)but I had the Cali Chicken flatbread and my favorite smoothie from anywhere ever, the Açaí berry boost. I always loved this place I order from here all the time. But last Wednesday I order a smoothie and I was drinking it till a... keep feeling plastic strings on my tongue so I thought it was from the straw or something. But I took that out and opened thetop took another slip and once I swallowed it the plastic got stuck in my throat, caused me to vomit.
