You get so little fish it?s ridiculous, this is a $15 bowl but it?s not worth that by any stretch of the imagination. As someone... who weighs their food religiously when I went home I did this to track the calories and macros. I was so disappointed. I use to love this place. Don't get me wrong the taste is still delicious... however, they got rid of their happy hour and their... prices skyrocketed. The fat boy was once like $11-$13, then it went up to $15...now it's $16.99. I get inflation but a $2 jumpin 6 months is crazy. If you've never had it, you should at least try it once. Very dirty and overpriced, $49 for dirty expensive poor tasting food. Definitely a disappointment.
I love this place! I go every other day! And Usually the workers are amazing! But today- 2 girls working gave me nasty looks and... started arguing about me wanting extra toppings (which I know I had to paid for) in the Umaki fries. Usually the guys show mewhen the fries are getting prepared to make sure I get every topping I asked for. Today she did it all in the back and wouldn?tshow me what she was putting in it. Then when I took the container out and open every single container they put the extratoppings in- they both gave me a nasty look and made a sound of annoyance. They were missing toppings and when I asked for themissing toppings they didn?t even acknowledge me and just threw the additional toppings in containers on the counter and againmade a sound of annoyance and gave me a look. No thank or anything after I placed my order. Obviously they don?t want to workthere so please don?t have them work if they are treating your customers like this. The other staff I usually get are amazingthou!! Giving you 4 stars bc of this bad experience but I love the food and hopefully I won?t get these two employees again. Read more

Order a bowl and it wasn?t good. It?s didn?t have any flavor to it and they didn?t have a few of the protein options I wanted. I... give it a two because the employees were super nice and the interior was clean and great vibe. But the food?. Man? It made mesad. Read more

I love this place! Food is fresh and yummy and the order is correct. The rice bowls are like deconstructed sushi rolls. If I... had one suggestion, cut the grilled tofu into pieces in the bowls. It is super hard to eat with those giant pieces. I like tograb numerous things in one bite and hard to do. My new place for lunch! Read more
