Tried it out the other night and liked it. Stop there because the traffic was so heavy at that time decided to get something to... eat. Had the stuffed baked potato and it was just perfectly made and filled me up. The staff was friendly and one of the staffmembers came over and shot the breeze with us and she was very nice. June 2022: Went through the drive thru after work to get a bbq chicken stuffed potato, specifically requested extra bbq sauce.... Received NO sauce. After sitting in the drive through for 20 minutes to purchase two items and getting home to no bbq sauce Icalled. They wanted me to come back. I had already spent an hour and 15 minutes driving home from work to have them screw up myorder, so the manager Francisco said they would send a gift card a month ago. To date I have received nothing. My parents hadgone here for years and I cannot understand why. Service is horrid, they cannot quality check a drive through order and they donot follow through on what they say they will do. Also what barbecue place not only does not put barbecue on their stuffedpotato but not a drop on the side? Ruined my dinner, experience, and any motivation to return. Not worth the $20 for the potatoand banana pudding. Update, September 2022. I received a follow up call sometime in September. The manager I spoke to in Junesent me two promo cards for $10 to use through January and I finally received them. I decided to return to give them anothershot. I tried the combo plate, 1/2 bbq chicken with corn on the cob and potato salad. The corn was great! Crispy field corn,cooked perfectly. The potato salad was also solid, reminded me of summer barbecue. The chicken was fair ? smoky, fell off thebone, but the seasoning was ok. I didn?t love it. Their barbecue sauce is still something I haven?t come to love either. I amupping the rating to a three for their attempt to make things right. The meal was fine. So sad, I guess it's time to move on from Valley Ranch. As a local, I have been coming since they first opened at their previous... location. That's more years than I care to remember. Like every restaurant, they have had their strong and weak items on themenu but BBQ was always good and the BBQ beans alone would keep bringing me back. Today's visit wasn't the case. As others havenoted, the price has greatly increased but the quality seems to have decreased and recipes changed. I know Covid has hitrestaurants hard, closing some of my favorite haunts and cost of goods continue to increase. Hats off to them for still beingopen but for the prices they are now charging, the quality and consistency should be there. It's not. I can get better just downthe road for the same money. Read more

Got the combo with ribs and brisket. Ribs were my favorite. Have a little sweet flavor to them, which was different but good.... Brisket needed more smoke flavor. Potato salad was good and wife like the green beans (like my mum makes with bacon). Like thatthey require masks and that the place was clean. Read more
