Who the hell is the manager or owner (or both) of this franchise location that won't allow drive thru mobile app orders to be... picked up at the drive thru? I am disgusted at the way I was treated at this location especially by someone who claimed to be the manager only to clarify... further and find out she is a shift lead. I purchased an order with a coupon and they were having trouble adjusting the price atthe first window so my spouse pulls to the second window to see what the problem was since the associate from the first windowkept running to the second window for help. Upon pulling forward the shift lead ?Tameka? aka Neicy as another employee referredto her as screams ?OH MY GOD UGHHH WHAT ARE THEY DOING! Make sure the next car doesn?t pull forward? I and my spouse hear herclearly and she obviously has an attitude that we pulled forward to address the issue. She then begins yelling at otheremployee?s and slanging and throwing my first order which was incorrect to begin with. They gave me no sauce, no napkins andtried not to give me my frostys I ordered after I asked about Tameka aka Neicy and why there was an issue. I asked for themanager and Tameka claimed there wasn?t one available just her. They didn?t try to give me my second order and Tameka came tothe window trying to intimidate me and get me out the way telling me to pull forward after already waiting an extended amount oftime just to get cold food! She proceeded to tell me ?you don?t know me? as if she was threatening me and began cussing andbeing unprofessional. She appeared to want to fight honestly. The associate Robert was very nice during this exchange and triedto apologize for our terrible experience while giving us the rest of the order we paid for and another associate yells at him inthe back very clearly ?Don?t apologize to them they don?t deserve an apology? her name was Mary supposedly. She was working theregister at the time. This location is very unprofessional and for lack of a better term GHETTO. I hope these associates arereprimanded and no one else has to experience this. I will give 2 stars because my food was fresh. I was missing items that I paid extra for. The team member at the drive thru... window was very rude. Instead of saying to me let me find out he argued with me about something I ask for and get all the time.He made my whole experience bad and this isn't the first time at this location. I also dislike giving them my card at one windowand they walk away with it and give it back to you at the second window so you won't sit on their timer, thing is theft is badand I have been a victim of someone getting my card information at the window. I do not let my card out my site now. overall Ijust rather go to the one on Sheldon I get way better service there Read more
This was the cashier that took our order. Took 5min to take our order, I understand that there was a line outside but there was... also a line inside as well. She didn?t even bother to look at us. Proces on menu are not the same they charge you, so be ware. When ordering a Crispy Chicken BLT i they were charging $2.69 but... menu said $1.99. When I tried to discuss it with the cashier, I got attitude and was told to call corporate because they onlyworks there and only his corporate boss can do something about it. Read more
