Walking in on Oct.16 and this location has no air conditioning so it?s stuffy and hot. Also on the menu there is a family order... of chicken nuggets that I couldn?t order bc to many people was ordering them. This place is ran by mostly teenagers who are mostly on their phones and decide to close the lobby 2 hours early, I came here... and they said to go through the drive thru when it says online that dine in is open until 11 Read more

No STARS are deserved for this location!!! Every time I leave with either my order not correct, cold or they?re closed wayyyyyy... before it?s scheduled time! The door states the closing time is 10pm, pulled at the drive thru at 9:38pm to be told they wereclosed. How? Before I forget, let me not fail to mention how this is the 2nd time this happened! No ice! No customer service!The kids you?re hiring are freaking rude! They never have a full staff that?s why they?re always closed! Read more

Literally a hot mess to sum up my experiences!!! Especially when it gets busy. I?ve left here several times with items missing... thinking mobile order would be my best option. Not so much. Yikes! Hopefully management can tackle this before corporate does. Read more

The service rep was helpful. I was using the app and she helped me thru it. Could not order jalapenos in the app, so she gave me... some at no charge. I got the double cheese burger. It was alright as far as burgers go. I mean it isn't the big, fat , greasyspoon burger I have been seeking, but it was okay. The burger was built up pretty good, with visible lettuce and other veggies.It had some thickness to it. The bun was just a plain bun out of a plastic package, not grilled, greased , buttered, or browned,or anything, just a plain ole' white bread, bread bun. I was able to get slightly more than a hint of the taste of the two beefpattys, but nothing to write home about. The facility was pretty clean. The soda machine ran out of Coke Zero products. I askedabout this, but nothing was done to resolve it. Still on my burger journey to find that one great, American, traditional,classic, thick, juicy, delicious, greasy spoon burger. Haven't found it at any of the traditional fast food restaurants. So Icontinue my journey. Read more

We spent too long in the drive through. When we got to the window no apology for the almost 25 minute wait. After leaving the... Window we drove back for an item missing from our back. Upon arriving to our home we realized no sauces, no utensils, nonapkins, my husband's potato only had chives, no fork, no butter, no sour cream. Will not be going back. UPDATE: 04/19/19 Ibelieve in second chances... went back, ordered a #9. When I got home to my disappointment, my chicken was BURNT! there was noway to bite it, completely black on both sides.
