I've been coming to this location (hwy 6 @ West in Houston, TX) for years. It's about a 15-18 minute drive to get there, but... worth it for the Chocolate frosty I love. This time, I get there and order two chocolate frosty's and the 4$ meal. She has mepay and then brings two white frosty's. I asked about them, stating that they don't look chocolate. She didn't speak muchEnglish but kept saying 'chocolate'. I asked about it again and she offered me strawberry. She then spoke with someone else, andthen put some in a cup and gave me that with a spool. I tasted it and it definitely was NOT chocolate! She kept offering mestrawberry. I wish she would have told me up front that they were out of chocolate, but instead she gave me what was notchocolate...I guess hoping I wouldn't notice until I got home. I feel it was very dishonest, especially since I had alreadypaid. I am VERY disappointed with that experience. I noticed that I never got a receipt, and the only store number I could findfor this location online was 022...which I think is a store in a different state, because that's what it indicated when I wentonline to do a review. Well I learned my lesson...it's not worth the hassle to go through that and not get what I ordered. I'lljust keep going to the Mc instead. Read more

The girl taking our order had a bad attitude. They weren?t really paying attention and gossiping about some of their stuff. That... we don?t care about that and we don?t want to know. We just want our food and leave. I think a lot of them are high-school kids.But the management doesn?t seem to be doing anything about it. Zero stars. I remember when a BIG bacon classic was just that, big. Welp, Today I ordered a Big Bacon Classic with no tomato... and no pickle. What I got looked more like a jr. cheese deluxe. As you can see from the photos, I got 2 tiny slivers of onionbarely visible and one tiny piece of romaine lettuce. The full burger is shorter than a ketchup packet. All this glory for $5.79. Lastly, "Emely" was the name on my receipt. Whether or not that's who took my order, who knows. At any rate. She wasn'tfriendly at all. I said thank you, yes mam, have a nice day.
