I WAS RIPPED OFF AND THEY USED MY CARD FOR PURCHASES THAT WEREN'T MINE! FILTHY INSIDE. STAY AWAY FROM HERE. I didnt get my debit... card back when i went through the drive thru. I didnt realize until a few hours later. They charged another bill 2 hours laterto my card. I called and told them i would pick the card up during lunch the next day. The following morning i received a fraudnotice someone was trying to charge to google apps. I texted it wasnt from me so the bank cancelled my debit card. It was filthyinside whenever I picked up my card and asked about the extra charge and the fee to get a new card. They said they didnt knowand all the employees went to the back and wouldnt come back out after i asked for the owners number. No apologies, no creditfor charge that wasnt mine, no compensation, nothing. I cant believe no one from the company will contact me. I will never buyfrom a Wendy's again. Horrible experience. The food is good definitely their Single Burger & Grilled chicken sandwich. Love the variety of drinks that is now available.... Location is the only downside cause it's sit next to freeway (290) and a dead-end off of Bingle rd. Make it difficult to leaveeasy, have to make 1 or 2 ways out of location. Read more

My friend and I drove through the drive through and ordered a salad, a burger, a potato with butter and sour cream, and a drink.... Upon pulling up to the delivery window we are handed a drink and a single brown paper sack. Upon inspection I found the sackcontained a burger and French fries; no salad and no potato. Lately they have been horrible at service across the board!! I came today and the lobby is closed at 11am so everyone is piled... up at the drive thru. When I pay for add-ons I don't get them on my burger, I had to come back thru the drive thru to let themknow and instead got it in a cup. Mobile orders take longer than just placing an order when you get there. Every time I domobile I'm waiting at least 10-15minutes. I'm hoping the GM or DM or even the RM sees this review.Service is TRAAAASSSHHHH!!!!! Read more

I went with my family to get something to eat. There was 5 or 6 employees all on phones. Dinning was really dirty. I was... standing in front of an employee let her know I was ready to order and they all replied oh we are doing something in the drivethru, but we're just standing at the drive thru window on their phones. Very poor customer service. We just walked out.Disrespectful place.. Those employees should be fired or trained right... Read more

place is clean, employees are courteous and the food is very fresh and tasty. i was going to Jack in the Box but this place... caught my eye and was 4 min closer so i gave it a shot. i don't regret it, Ericka was great Read more

I go here about once a month. The food is good and fresh. The employees are courteous. The drive through moves at a good pace.
