Good food but inside restraunt is shut down, or at least was when I went. This caused the drive through to be very backed up

Food was really good and the employee's were friendly. I liked the fact the girl taking our order took time to wash her hands... first!!! The parking lot is very lit up as it wasn't before. Great experience ???? Read more

This is my last time coming here. They've raised the prices again. The large number 2 is now $2.50 more than other Wendy's... locations in the city. For the last few months the fries have been terrible. I've been going to Jack in the box and whataburgermore often. You can't raise the price and lower the quality in an area where you have a lot of competition. As I speak thereare flies swarming around me on the inside of the business. Well, I've never had their breakfast. Tried French toast sticks and sausage biscuit w/cheese. French toast smelled burnt. They... were hot but burnt. I attached a picture...they are alot darker than the pic. I go back to see if I can get some that aren't. Iwas told that's how the come. I'm pretty sure they not supposed to smell burnt or have black edges. I guessing the lady who putthem in and said "it says 30secs, that's wat I do". The manager walks up and says " yea, that's how they are, I can do anotherbut they will look the same" I explained that I would just like my money back because they even taste gritty and the smell ofthe burnt is making my car stink. She then took an exhausted breath, rolled her eyes and they spoke in Spanish to each other.Neither know that I know Spanish. Advise ur employees that if they gone call its customers stupid to atleast don't let them hearit. I will never return. I now understand why I never see anyone in line anytime of day. Read more

I placed a mobile order for drive through pick up. When I arrived I said im here for a mobile pick up for T T. The person on the... intercom then tells me someone else is inside the restaurant picking up my order. I showed them my phone at the window but theystill insisted that someone has claimed my food. So i go inside to clear it up and turns out the other customers initial was TB. I showed them my phone at the window and they still insisted i come in to clear up their own issue. Read more

I?ve been to this location several times and it always sucks. They take way too long and you have like 2-3 just looking confused... at the screen. The young girl at the Register must be new because you?ll have to keep repeating your order and she?ll still getit wrong. She had an attitude and is extremely unprofessional. Terrible service. The person working the drive through said ?we have no bbq sauce before you ask? when inquiring about what... sauce I wanted and said it with an attitude. Got to the window, my fries and nuggets were less than Luke warm, I ask could I getFREASH fries and nugget , she didn?t say anything but just took the bag out of my hand and said drive up.. I did, only to getTHE SAME FRIES AND NUGGETS DRENCHED IN GREESE .. so now I have soggy fries and dry nuggets .. thanks for nothing . Read more
