First, there was hardly any seating in the room dining. The Cola machine was not mixing all the colas and drinks. It had a... carbonated watery taste. Also, they had no pickles or pepper packets. Floors where super slick from the rain being tracked fromoutdoors...!!! Read more
Asked for no salt on the fries, seems like they put extra salt on old soggy fries. The nuggets were old too. Ordered the bourbon... bacon burger where the sauce is right in the name and barely got any sauce and the onion crisps were very stale. Seems thislocation doesn?t particularly care about quality. The customer service was on point. I got the honey hot chicken sandwich and I wasn't sure if I was going to like the dill chips... so they put them in a cup for me on the side. The also gave me a FULL cup with pickles that I asked for as well. Bad customer service. Bad Vibe. Came in at 7:48pm apparently the lobby closes at 8:30 so we felt unwanted. The girl at the... counter act like she can?t speak up. Like why are you whispering? Why are you a cashier if you can?t open your mount and talklike an adult? The whole experience was terrible food was cold even though we said make it fresh. Who the hell wants a coldburger? Idk what happened but it's not good. I went to get a apple pecan salad, they told me they didn't have any. So I requested a... cesar. I pay then am asked to pull up so they could "make it fresh". This is after I waited 10min to order with only two cars infront of me. Then when I get to the speaker, I sat there for two minutes before anyone said anything. So I get the salad, andit's old lettuce and they didn't put a single tomato. $8. And I was on my lunch break so no time to go back. Wasn't like thisbefore, what'd yall do to the good people? I never leave a review, but I had to for this. Please don?t come here. This is what they gave me. I?ve had Wendy?s potatoes... before and they don?t look like this. No utensils, no sour cream. Trash location. Check your bag always. How am I supposed toeat the is without a fork or utensils? With my hands? Now look at this cookie. Wrong cookie, look like they sat on it beforethey gave it to me, and it?s so hard, you can use this cookie as a replacement for the tables they use in wwe, it would probablyhurt more.
