I decided to give this location (Wallisville) another chance last night... and AGAIN they get my order wrong. The wait time was... so long, waited for 30min. Got home and all 3 orders were wrong! They love to put mustard on EVERYTHING! and there's always astray onion in my burger. Gross, I can only imagine what it looks like in their kitchen. Never going back! I have been to many Whataburgers and I think this is the slowest one. Average wait is around 15 minutes especially at dinner.... Longest wait I have experienced here was 30 minutes for a burger?! Read more
So i waited 40 mins just to get me and my kids food. I get home and my nuggets are burnt my order was completely wrong. I was... just so happy to get out of that line i did not even check my food. They gave me the wrong drink. I asked for sweet tea but got some weird soda....I think it?s diet and it tastes awful! I also got... TWO pieces of the hard part of the lettuce.... that shouldn?t be in my burger. For a second I thought it was cauliflower. Verydisappointed and I won?t be coming back. Ordered two 3pc chicken tenders, 1 with apple slices one with fries. Each with an extra gravy. 1 Dr. Pepper Shake, 1unsweet tea.... Repeated the order twice. Got to the window, 4 cars in front of me, took my payment. Drove to the next window to find out theywere trying to give me some one else's order. Gave them my receipt to verify my order, pulled up behind another vehicle to wait.After 15 minutes my food came out and I had to remind them of my drink. Another five minutes and my drinks came out. Got homebut not before the top box was falling out of the bag and spilled gravy all on the inside of the box. Had to pull over to get itbecause when it fell it flipped upside down. Got home and started passing out the order to my sister-n-law, who can't havesodium because of being a transplant recipient and the apple slices were not there but a medium fry with salt was. Then I satdown and was desperate for a seig of my un-sweet tea and they gave me sweet tea and it was sour. 32oz drink and I couldn't drinkit. The Whataburger on I-10 East Freeway had great tea at lunch and they did our order perfect. Not happy with the Wallisvillelocation at all. Only reason I gave them three stars is because their cream gravy wasn't watered down and the strips weredelicious. Do not recommend this location! Read more
Kena was super sweet and professional. I was slightly mad, and she turned my whole attitude around. I got my food to go but... decided to dine in just because of her gentle and kind spirit. I am surprised she isn?t a manager seeing how well and quicklyshe delivers the orders while maintaining an upbeat personality. First time at this location, but I will surely be back just forKena.
