On top of being slow in drive thru, They can't even get the orders correct and charge the correct order. I was charged for an... order that was more. When I finally get my food it was cold and fries where cold and not fresh. I would not recommend thislocation. I'm disappointed with this place. On the bright side the guy who brought my order out kept apologizing and updating meon the status of my order. Read more

Trash......I paid $13 for a bacon blue burger and got a #1 single patty with no blue cheese and no bacon. I called 10 times... and no one answered. Horrible sevice. And no one wants to wait 45min in the drive thru line. Sad thing is that thishappens every time I go. And that about 3 times a week. They need better quality and custom service Read more
Did not follow instructions on order. Gave us a completely different order than what we asked for. Seriously this location needs... a visit from corporate. The receipt could not have been more clear on what we ordered. They have attitude issues. It's likedaycare. The staff is playing. That is why they make so many mistakes. Read more
The burgers have always been correct. I?ve never been to this location and it not be the right customization for every meal, and... this is the main location I go to. That being said this location takes forever. The longest I?ve waited in the drive thru wasover an hour. The average time is 30 minutes. Half the time both lanes aren?t open. Also asking for ketchup seems like aninconvenience for the employees. Read more
This location has gone down hill. The manager that works here has the best attitude but has the worst people under him with no... common sense like bringing napkins or including sugar and creamer for coffee. This is how we received our drinks. Done with thislocation Read more

Took 20 minutes to get food over the counter and that's only after I went and asked for it. There were several people waiting... like us. They had a kitchen full of staff and they all acted like it was their first day. It's a friggin fast food burger jointpeople....it ain't that hard. Read more
