Consistent, properly prepared food. Order was received exactly right, ingredients were fresh and you could tell these employees... were trained well and actually care about customer service. Went through the drive through and all was going great, good food at a good price, usual whataburger deal. But then they pushed... 6 cars that were behind me ahead of me? I had a simple order too, one burger, one fries, one drink. Idk how that makes sensewhen I saw multiple meal orders included in those 6 but whatever. I'll update this review next time I go. Read more
What a burger ! Enough said food is amazing! Drive thru can get pretty long but it moves along pretty quickly. Inside is clean... and service is great,the youngsters show alot of respect and get your order ready. Not ever to crowded on inside either. Greatplace to dine in for sure. Read more
Friend decided We needed to eat before grocery shopping. Ok! Had chicken sandwich. Was good. Did not care for the dressing.... Would have preferred mustard. I'll know next time. Fries were good. Nice and clean too! Very pleasant staff. Helpful! Good QuickMeal! Read more
We've been coming in between 11p-midnight for a late breakfast while the lobby is still open. The transition to breakfast seems... a bit rough these days. It would be helpful to have coffee prepared before 11 to go with the breakfast items. We always have alengthy wait time for both the coffee and food. The food is prepared well. Read more
Food was great...service was great. The big turn off was that an employee walked in and walked behind the counter into the... kitchen area, then to the registers with her hair all over the place...After a few minutes one of the other employees...maybe asupervisor...walked up to her and told her she needed to tie her hair back. She tied the back into a ponytail...just the back.She then proceeded to walk back into the cooking area and began handling food. No hand washing. Other employees were wearinggloves. I came here to grab some food for the family nearly spent $60 just to only receive my order with no meat, how can someone who... simply their own job is to put meat between buns and you can?t even do that. Sandra Cooper the operating partner and cashierjasper should be ashamed of themselves for even letting this happen. No matter how bad your day is you shouldn?t let stuff likethis slide. I have been to a few locations, with Uber Eats pickups. Counter service has become inattentive it seems to me and I've stood... there for several minutes watching staff stand there without acknowledging me. And the orders are never ready when I arrive.Sometimes there are one or two other delivery persons witnesses also. If it was busier inside, I'd understand, but last night,I was the only person in the store. Read more
