Raw food at this location ... Food poisoning No refund or replacement offered manager threatened me. Edit: I attempted to... contact the general manager and was told to come back, and they have something special for me. I'm not sure what thatmeant. The employee claimed to be the gm and said she didn't give a (explicit words) bleep bleep. I don't feel comfortablerepeating what she said. I believe that the health department needs to visit this location seriously. Also, corporate standardsshould be instilled in dedicated employees, not unprofessional high-school dropouts. Read more
I went here. I got a shake. It was chocolate. It gave me a brain freeze. I hated Whataburger four about 2 minutes. Then it went... away. I still hated Whataburger for awhile more because I couldn't stop drinking the shake slurp, ow, slurp, ow, slurp,ow.....thanks Whataburger! Read more
Been years since I had fast food will be years until I have it again. Only went cuz I had a coupon. 19min in lunch drive... through. Got my order incorrect. Cold soft frys. I know that Whataburger is always pretty slow, but this location takes the cake! I’ve had to wait in this line for literally... over an hour!! That’s ridiculous for a fast food place! I don’t know what they are doing inside this place, but someoneneeds to come train these employees how to work at a steady pace. I try to be understanding, but I have my limits. Read more
I got their kinda late in the night (10pm) line was pretty long and I was very hungry. Well turns out I didn't have to wait that... long. These guys were doing what they do best and thats keeping the line moving! The service was fast the burger was excellent! Read more
This is not the quality of food I expect from Whataburger. This is not what I call a sausage, egg and cheese taquito. Between... this and sitting in the drive through for 30 minutes I can't say that I'll be back to this location. Read more
This store deserves no stars Why is the manager always yelling at the employees doing the day. Too many people during the day.... Send some of those ppl to nights. Over nights are always too slow. I never see more than 2 workers. I don't know why they arealways short staffed especially during the week. We waited n line 38 mins for 2 meals. N it was cold. I'd understand if the foodwas hot waiting that long fine. But cold food. And it's probably due to not having enough workers. Very nice employees jutsreally need some help over nights.. Who ever is the manager of this store, hiring some more over night people. Or u will losebusiness. Keep telling at the employees won't have any to work for u.
