It's becoming more & more challenging to provide a fair opinion of a restaurant. I'm a firm believer (especially in fast food)... that it depends on the shift leader. If the shift leader does a great job leading while maintaining a positive work environmenteverything works great! This visit the service was good but the food was nowhere near fresh. Whatadoyouwant from a fast food burger chain? Food was good, employee service was fine, atmosphere isn't exactly a date night... place, but it was clean. Prices are a little high for what it is, $6-9 for a burger a la carte. The quality is better thanplaces like Burger King and McDonald's, and quite comparable to Wendy's. One thing I have to question... Why do you have to payextra for sauces? How poorly is this corporation managed that you have to pay for individual sauces even after spending $25 onmeals? For a million dollar company to be asking extra payment for sauce is ridiculous. Take a walk across the street and getfree sauce from the Burger King. There, you can have it your way. Read more

This location has had terribly disappointing french fries on all 3 trips I've made in the last month. Limp and lukewarm at best.... The burgers were better, but still below-average for Whataburger. Staff has been very friendly and the drive-through progressedsmoothly. Just wish they'd do better at cooking the actual food. Read more

Not the cleanest Whataburger I've been to but it was the tastiest in years!!! I got the Bacon Blue Cheese burger and it was... great!!! The store was sorely lacking in paper towels. None in the bathroom to dry your hands. None in the dinning area. None atthe front counter. Lucky for me, Sarah, the cashier came through for me and my wet hands. She was friendly and prompt. It does not make any sense to offer online ordering if the employees are not allowed to bring the food out to you. The sun is... clearly up and that was the reason I was given as to why it was a waste of my time to order ahead of time. Management haschanged and so has the quality of service. They always have great customer service my only complaint about Whataburger is that it takes forever to get through the... drive-thru ....sometimes I go inside to see if it's any faster but it's not however the food is good enough for theweight. Especially love the Dr Pepper milkshakes. Read more
