Place was not crowded at all, yet they took a good 15min to get my order out which was just one meal. Not only that the meal... came out cold and not wrapped so nicely, cold fries and not even a full amount of them. Several of the working crew sat down inthe dining area to chat, not sure if they all had break at the same time but it seemed like they didn't because some kept goingback to the kitchen or to the front when someone would walk in. Some of the tables around me that were empty were not evenclean. I went in around 8:10pm so it wasn't closing time yet. Read more

People go to Whataburger for the, well, burgers. And they?re great. But I really enjoy their salads, particularly their Cobb... salad with grilled chicken. My experience with this salad at another location was not stellar, but like every (transplant) TexanI?ll give second chances out of courtesy. I?m glad I did. Despite the shortage of food service employees, the workers on thisday (Tuesday 31 Aug) kept things moving. As I was approaching the worker standing in the hot, humid Houston weather, she told meI could just order at the speaker since they were so efficient. She did this eagerly to assist, not to gloat. I gave my order inthe drive-through, checked for accuracy, and went home. The salad was perfect. Filled to the lid, fresh, crisp, and the chickenwas perfectly grilled and plentiful. I know I should expect well executed consistency from Whataburger, but this salad exceededthose expectations. Great job, team! Read more
I give this Whataburger 5 stars for their great and fast service. The young man at the drive thru that was taking orders was... very professional and had a great attitude. This Whataburger was very busy at the time of my visit and after ordering I was toldto move forward to lane B. I was the 4th car in line B and I received my order very fast...I wanna say in less than 15 minuteswhich I think was very good. The young lady that brought my food out was very nice and proffesional. Both employees were wearingtheir masks and gloves and thats great to see. My whole order was correct and nothing was missing and my food was delicious. Ihighly recommend this location because of their great and fast service and delicious food. Read more
