Only been to a Whataburger twice in my life. This was a breakfast experience, I ordered the Breakfast Bowl, Biscuits and gravy... and an orange juice. The B Bowl was good but the biscuits and gravy was superb (very tasty). Portion size I would qualify asfair. The potatoe "tots" are poor. Spent just over $8 usd so not too pricey. Read more
Clean, friendly and typically always busy at lunch, but they still manage to get the food out in a decent amount of time.
Drama, yes mostly ethnic but in the drive-through parking lot it was on, i?m inside waiting on a number one combo because they... are out of most everything breakfast, i?m a truck driver and today I am riding, it was a mistake to stop here it was takingforever along with all the drama, they finally asked me what I had ordered, The most common thing on the menu but apparentlythey gave it away and had to remake it as the other employee is outside waiting on me all this time with all the drama in thedriveway and skipping my order just ridiculous, usually I like Whataburger this has really got to do with the employees theypick, and management Read more
I'm not from Texas so this was my first experience. Instead of a burger, I opted for a chicken sandwich. Well...I was pleasantly... surprised at how moist and flavorful it was. The manager there was rough around the corners a bit with her tone and comments shemade to everyone but considering I was on the road and hungry, it wasn't worth saying anything. Stop doing this non sense with punching in the fry containers upward to only allow a mediocre portion of fries.
Everyone was nice but for some reason four out of the four times I went, they always forgot to give me my gravy. I?ve even... ordered delivery before and they forgot it twice. Other than that issue, food is hot and staff is great. Read more
My meal was fine. The service was ok. Thankfully there was one lady who thanked me for my patience. I waited almost 10 minutes... just to place my order. The cashier was not in her area. Then when i asked for sweet tea I watched her dump what looked like apound of sugar in the container and lightly stir it. When I poured my tea it was basically all sugar, even though I went halfunsweetened and half sweet. I don't want anyone to lose their job but WE as a people have to be better if WE want to treatedbetter. Read more
I really enjoy Whataburger; however, this location's experience was below average. I waited 27 mins for my food, which was 3... burgers and 1 chicken sandwich. The cashier was a new employee and very nice. She realized we hadn't received our food yet, andtried to tell the crew I still did not have my food. The crew moved pretty slow. In addition, as I sat and waited, they had anoticeable red eye fruit fly problem. They need to step up their pest control game too. I would not visit this location again. Read more
