I checked into the curbside service because I have sprained both my foot and my ankle and walking is unbelievably painful. I sat... in the pick up area in spot number 3 for a solid 10 minutes and no one so much as acknowledged me after I checked in. plenty ofemployees walked past the window and looked right at me But they kept on going. I finally got tired of waiting and slowly andpainfully limped into the restaurant only to find that there was apparently a problem with a couple of employees with eachother. But my food had been sitting there for a while and not only was it wrong, it was cold. When I asked for them to make myorder correctly, they handed the bag off to the cook while the cook slapped a couple of pieces of cheese on my Burger and didn'teven acknowledge the fact that my fries were absolutely stone cold. My dad eats at this waterburger all the time and I oftencome with him. Add over the last 3 or 4 years we have seen the quality of food and service at this location declinesignificantly. Got this today because I saw an ad and had to try it. Not only was it disappointing to receive this 20 minutes after I order in... the drive thru but didn?t even get them with the rest of my order. I had to wait for the Whataburger employee to come back (Iwas placed on lane B) to inform her that I didn?t receive my chili cheese fries and something gave me a hunch to ask my husbandto check if they gave us my daughter?s chocolate chip cookie (which they didn?t). When I informed the employee of this when shecame back with my chili cheese fries which were cold all the way. Not even the chili was warm she giggled and walked away. Ensure that curbside is still active. I waited for a long while until I walked in and still had to wait for food. They?re good... employees. Isaiah was awesome! He ensured my order was correct! Read more

I'm a regular every morning at 3am customer always order the same thing never had I had a problem ordering in the last 3years... ,but yes there's always a but this past month that they change management overnight shift its been crazy she can neverunderstand my order it's like if she's sleeping (management ) If it wasn't for Stephanie or violet I wouldn't come back afterthe first time I had issues with this lady bad attitude. Need to focus on not changing management at night was so used to marieand other guy working that shift . Read more

Waste of your time. Really y'all Very consistently slow and no good. Prepare to wait 30 mins for sure. Live right next to this... place and can never come here without waiting a large amount of time for some cold burgers. Expensive to boot. Whataburger justain't what it used to be since it's been bought out. Read more

We placed an online order. The burger was cold and didn't include the toppings we asked for. Fries were cold and limp. Got the... wrong drink. Didn't receive ketchup. We we're also charged twice for the order. We called and the manager said they didn't knowwhat to do about it and to call back later when another manager was on duty. What the heck happened Whataburger? We used to eathere about once a week, but quality tanked about 6 months ago. We gave it another try today and it's gotten even worse. Ordered the Patty melt with large fry ???? and large drink for dine in. Everything was good. Only thing I didn't get my drink... until I asked. Some of the tables were not clean but I still got a seat in the corner. Staff were still nice and polite. Read more
