This one has gone downhill fast. Hadn?t been here in awhile after I waited in the drive through for 25 minutes and had to argue... about my order. Tried again today and they ignored me for a few minutes before finally taking an order at least 2 managerswalked right past me one of which was on his phone texting. I don?t expect a lot from a fast food place but they could at leastbe polite. Read more

Oh, Whataburger I?ve been going to your orange and white stripes since I was a boy too young to ride a bicycle, but your pricing... is just about to force me to find other fast food. Service could not be better but for these prices, I can go to mini morepremium stores. Read more

I received a negative attitude when I asked about the discrepancy in price on the menu versus the price I had to pay at the... window. This Whataburger is falsely advertising cheaper prices than what they are actually charging you. They are charging a$.70 difference from their menu prices versus what you actually have to pay. I normally would not make a big deal about $.70 butthe fact that I got attitude for just asking why I?m paying more than what they say I should be paying has caused me to stoop tothis level of pettiness. I mean first off it?s Whataburger so there?s that. The only issue I have with this location is the drive thru line that hinders... proper traffic flow coming and going from the gas station and Walmart; and, people just drive any way they want withoutconsideration to oncoming traffic adhering to actual traffic laws. The curbside experience is also a mess, often slow and not asstreamlined as some other fast food competitors. Their grilled chicken sandwiches are great and salads are pretty good. I am afan of their taquitos and the jalapeño cheeseburgers as well. I know many folks that swear by the Honey Butter chicken biscuitbut I prefer the jalapeño cheddar biscuits. Their tea is notably solid. They?re open 24 hours except main holidays and it?svery convenient off of 249. I have only a couple orders jacked up but I think every food service establishment has that issue.Will always support and frequent this establishment. Read more

Came to the drive thur and waited about 15 minutes for our order. When we got home the break fast meal didn't have the hash... browns but had two cookies and a lot of sauce. I called the store and asked to speak to manager he stated he was one of themanagers. I told him about the cookies and he stated oh you can come back to get hashbrowns. I stated it needs to be more thanthat because we have to drive back. He stated oh well that is all we can do then disconnected the call not only bad customerservice. Then he called back and told us he looked at the camera and stated that it was put in the bag. This just happenedwithin the last 5 minute. VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR THE NIGHT MANAGER. 1st I told them at the drive thru I was using a coupon. Gave them my card before they applied the coupon then they tried to act... as if they couldn't cancel it. Then after going back and forward with them he says I will have to refund it and it'll take daysto go back to the card. Okay that's fine. Then told me the way I was trying to customize my order wasn't working with thecoupon. I've used this type coupon several times at several different locations same exact changes as always. All the sudden I'mnot able to use this type with my changes at this location. Continuation of the Lies! I've been to this location and it workedbefore and It just worked at the next location I went to. Drive thru doesn't deserve any stars at this point. Liars! Read more

I?ve been to this location 10+ times no issues. The 2-3 last times I?ve been there has been issues. 1 car in front on drive thur... 4-5 people no one inside ordering. They can?t hear you on mic. No worries, then make you wait a couple minutes to place orderthen they misread order. Finally they get order. Get to window to pay. Payment went smooth besides lady didn?t know how to swipecard the correct way. Wait another 3-4 minutes. Then asked to pull up. Pull a clear 1.5 car length guy comes out to yell at meto pull up more. Pull up more then wait 4-5 minutes for food. On a Dead Slow Monday. Terrible customer service. I could havegone to the supermarket and cooked the whole meal in less time with way less attitude. The operating partner Russell needs totalk an correct these characters running the show on Monday?s actions. I?m not type of person to leave bad reviews. I understandthe restaurant industry is difficult and I own a few restaurants. This service is unacceptable that was presented to me. Read more
