They make excellent CheeseBurgers here. You can customize your burgers here and they make excellent beer battered Onion Rings... which are excellent. I ordered a frozen Lime Margarita and it only costs $4.00. They also have plenty of elevated televisionsets to watch your favorite sporting even live. The restaurant experience was amazing and greeted us right away when we came in through the door. Our server Jeremie Binderup... was excellent!! New all of our orders, asked if we wanted any appetizers while we waited for our food to cook. He checked on usmore than a couple times to see if we needed refills or if our food was good or anything wrong. His table service and mannerswere top tier, if anyone goes to this Willie?s Grill & Icehouse location, ask for Jeremie to be your server. You will get greatquality service!! Read more

I?m giving this place a high 4 stars, simply for their customer service and pleasant and friendly staff. Food was just average,... large portions but could be seasoned better, ambiance and excellent customer service make up for it. Read more
I have dining at this Willie's Grill & Ice House for over 25 years. One of my daughters worked here as a server several years... ago. I think this is the original Willie's location. The food is good and reasonably priced. I really like the chicken friedsteak. The servers are friendly and very attentive. It's a very family-friendly restaurant. Read more
I gave them a 2nd chance after burnt CFS at HWY 6/COPPERFIELD location last Friday. I tried this location since I knew it was... the kitchens fault not really server. Cayla took my to go order and was EXCELLENT. NO PROBLEM WITH HER AT ALL. She went aboveand beyond explaining the menu options. But when I checked the food before I left from patio yesterday the food wasnt fresh norhot. Leftovers from lunch given to me around 230pm. I've been food poisoned by their old rotten avocado BLT, the catfish andshrimp were old and inedible as well as the baked potato and chicken fingers. I ate some for dinner around 630 to 7pm and thatwhen I felt very sick and had diarrhea profusely. I proceeded to take photos and document everything immediately and NOTIFIEDBRANDON the manager. I got a rude HARASSING call from their insurer, NATIONWIDE this morning. The insurance intake person wasrude and gruff accusing me of lying and threatened to jail me!! I have emails to prove everything and will be speaking to myattorney and the Hariis county Health DEPT and Channel 13 news Investigations tomorrow. I have not eaten all day, stomachcramps and fatigue mixed with anger and humiliation. Let the photos speak for themselves. This is unacceptable and they need tobe shut down. Looks like they are on their way with the 1.5 piece of RAW BACON ON MY SOGGY BAD BUILT BLT YESTERDAY. I tried tocook it further but I shouldnt have eaten it at all. Tasted like they picked it up off the floor. IM SCARED TO EAT ANYTHINGNOW. ILL PROBABLY FAST UNTIL I TAKE MY STOOL TEST, NOW I MUST FIND A CLINIC THAT ACCEPTS MY INSURANCE. Had a lot of success at Willies?s during Covid. 2020 had great drinks and wonderful salad there. In 2021 another great salad and... amazing onion rings. Tonight, not so much. Not only was the wait staff a disappointment, but also the quality of food. Themashed potatoes tasted like potato flakes. The chicken fried steak was mediocre. To me, there was an off-taste of the streetcorn. However, my mate loved all of his meal. My salad was not delivered how I ordered it. I wanted no croutons, but there weresome on there. A lot of white, inedible lettuce. The fried shrimp did have a good taste, but I didn?t like the breading.Celebrating my dad?s birthday. I got sweet tea, and even that was a not up to snuff. It?s a decent enough place to get a fairlyinexpensive meal. However, life is too short to eat food that?s just ok. Read more
