I am still waiting for my refund after my online order was not received because your system went down. I placed an online order... on 6/20/22 and everything went through as expected. Card was charged. When I arrived, I was told that all online orders were notreceived because their system was down. This was a huge inconvenience and waste of time. Girl who answered was rude. I ordered the 6 piece wing combo she told me I could either choose 5 or 8 but they did not carry a 6... piece wing combo. I settled for the 8. The order was to be ready at 10 it was ready at 1030. The wings were not cooked good theskin was tough there was no ranch and my side was not included with the meal. I paid for the combo but only got 8 wings. YOUGUYS NEED TO DO BETTER. IT WAS NOT EVEN BUSY. 1464 location is much better. Read more

Not the best experience at this Wingstop. Probably won?t be going back. $33 for a meal and everything kind of just sucked, aside... from the wings themselves. The fries were over cooked, and super salty. They mixed the hot wings with the lemon pepper and notsure how they poured it in there but the hot sauce was everywhere. It leaked out the container onto the other box of wings too,and on all the veggie sticks. Not sure what was on the veggie sticks either but I chunked those since it had an oily layer andthey just looked bad. I left the bag as is on the car seat and never once did it fall/tip over. This is ridiculous. They evenplaced the sticker on there without previewing the food like other Wingstops I?ve been to before. Read more
The wait is about 18-20 minutes. The chicken and fries were hot and fresh, and even the veggie sticks were fresh. If you all of... a sudden get the craving to eat hot wings at 11:30 pm like we do, rest assure wing stop will cook those suckers up. They stoptaking calls at 11:30p, last walk in is at 11:45p. We love Wingstop lemon pepper well done dry and Cajun well done wet (all drums). I would recommend to check your order before... you leave. The taste was always consistent. The French fries is one of the best. Read more
