I placed an order online showed up after 20 minute, & Order still wasn't ready. Was happy to have the chicken sandwich but it... was extremely dry and tasted like it was made the day before. I figured it was a bad day because I had it before it was sold outand I know that thing is perfect. However, the final straw was when my wings didn't even have any sauce on them and I had to goback stand in line just to get a refund. Terrible online experience. Food tasted cold. Horrible! They deserve zero stars! My order was incorrect & told me I had to save the food if I didnt bring it back the same... night to prove the order was wrong; as if I have to lie. Then proceeded to say the district managers name & # was not publicinformation. Fries & corn was mushy & half of my order had no seasoning at all when I ordered Louisiana Rub.
