Order was cold, smelled funny, portions of fries were small, flavors were incorrect. The only thing that was perfect was the... celery. When I called, customer service was rude. Proceeded to tell me I must not know what the chicken was supposed to tastelike or what a rub is. When I asked for a manager, there was not one available. Never ordered from there again Read more

Go for lunch to watch sports TV and the food is made fresh to order. You do wait but only because the food is freshly cooked.

I wish I could be making this up. I get 2 10 pieces. The 10 piece hot. Yea he first wing I pick up. Has a hair on it. Not a big... deal I pick off the hair. I pick the very first fry and there is a hair in the fries too. Man and they excuse is that they allhave there hair up. Read more

Service here is the worst. For a wingstop that doesn't offer dine in and they still can't answer phones for call in orders. No... wonder everyone around here goes to the one on Wallisville. Read more

Just picked up two of the new chicken sandwiches. It was a 35 minute wait. One of the sandwiches had a tiny piece of chicken and... the other one had a chicken breast three times the size of the other one. Of course not every chicken breast is the exact samesize, but they should at least be in the same size range. Can't believe they sold a chicken strip size piece for the same exactprice as a huge chicken breast. Total rip off and they forgot the pickles as advertised, zero pickles on either of them. This place is by far THE WORST wingstop establishment there is. I placed an order and the night supervisor or whatever he was,... should not be working in retail/customer service. He was rude, and displayed utter ignorance towards the customers. Why he worksthere I'm not sure because he failed miserably at counting. This store charged me for 7 wing orders but only gave me 6. I calledtwice, he placed me on hold and then hung up on me (intentionally). The 3rd time I called he placed me on hold and when he cameback to the phone he proceeded to argue with me that he was right in that he counted all orders. I had absolutely no reason tosteal a wing dinner from this place, but i know for a fact that I only had 6 orders in my bag when I got home and was chargedfor 7. He told me there was no managers' name that he could give and that corporate would have to handle my issue. I calledcorporate and sent 2 emails to corporate with no response. Basically this Wingstop robbed me of my money. DO NOT....PURCHASEFOOD FROM here. And if you do, be sure to triple check your food because some of the employees skated past their interview andfooled the HR department as if they were capable of working in customer service. Read more
