For the past 13 years I've been coming to this location for my lemon pepper wings. I usually call once a week to order but this... past month, they have been placing me on hold, for over 14 minutes. I hang up after a while and I just drive up there. Today Iwas in hold for 14 minutes, that's the time it took me to get to the location, once I got to the restaurant it was empty and noone was on the phone. So they just put you on hold for no reason. Whoever is working at this location and picked up the phone at 1:10pm on 10/01/22, is rude. Like it was truly unnecessary and... disheartening. If I give specific instructions for my meal please do not argue with me and tell me the cooks are experts. Thatsnice to hear for an ad but I?m particular about my specific/individual order. This place has the worst team members. I just got there and ordered my food and I have been waiting for 40-50 minutes. I ask one... of the team members how long is my food going to be ready, but then it was already ready and he didn?t call my name. I got madand then he?s starting to threaten me and saying gonna knock me out. Is this how they treat their customer like that? This isthe worst location and I?m done with that place. This is the worst location. You could never called them and place a order without them, putting you on hold for 10 minutes,... acting like they can?t hear you, or switching different lines, and then asking you repeat the entire order over. I?ve lived nextto this one for eight years and it?s the same story every time you call. Just walk in and order your food because they will makeit miserable if you cough. Read more
