Nisa has such an approachable smile. She is a good sales woman lol if it wasn't for her I would never tried the voodoo fries .... She even walked to our table and ask if she could create talking space I never heard anyone ask that . She would make anexcellent Manger. I?ve had bad experiences with some employees here but I don?t like to stop going somewhere or make negative reviews based off of... one off experiences. Cynthia is awesome and she?s made my day today and helped turn around a previously bad experience before soI felt compelled to give her kudos. Only go there if you have time to wait around. I ordered a simple large wing meal and literally the five people behind me all... got their meal before me. A competent restaurant would make the orders in the order they were taken. Do not recommend! Read more

Let me first say, Cynthia the host who assisted me, was genuinely nice and friendly, but that's the only good thing I can say... about this place. I ordered a 10-piece classic with small fries. I only received 8 wings, which were previously prepared. Myorder was not made fresh when I got there, because I only waited approx 5 minutes. They dipped the cold wings back in the hotgrease and dumped them right into lined container producing hard fried wings, which I did not ask for. There was at least 1/8thinch of grease sitting at the bottom. They were only seasoned where the grease didn't touch them. I threw the fries away. Theymust have put an entire container of salt on them. This was my first and last visit to that location. It was absolutelyhorrible. I was so angry, but I had already left the place. I hope these fries I'm about to get for this free review I don'thave to redeem at that horrible, horrible restaurant!!!! I can't imagine what happened at this place for an average of 4 stars.Yuck!!!! Came here friday night after a diappointing dining experience. There were a lot of customers, but turnaround was extremely fast... about 2 to 3 minutes per customer. I can attribute this to two factors. The place was staffed with six, yes six employees. Alot of food was fried in advance. While this is sensible for the night rush, it has to be done right. Wings can be tossed inthe sauce quickly, but the fries SUCKED. The whole mass of them can be decribed as limp, soggy, undercooked, burnt andtasteless. If you gonna premake fries at least get rid of the entire batch before starting another one! To summarize: wingswere lukewarm but edible, fries were bad. Read more

Dang. Very disappointed. Beware of delivery! This is my 3rd time ordering delivery from this wing stop location and I won't... order delivery from them again. (Delivered from doordash) My first 2 orders were delivered fresh and hot. No compliant. All 3orders were delivered sooner that estimated even. So, In efforts to support my local business during this stay at home order, wedecided to order again. When the order was delivered, it was cold. Not even warm. The boneless wings were soggy. The garlicparmesan wings were sitting in a pool of butter. They didn't even seemed tossed. My spicy Korean wings were soft. (Not like myprevious orders where they were crunchy and fresh) The fries were cold, soggy and lacked any seasoning. I had to reheat it allin my toaster oven. The only thing crunchy were the carrots. I called the restaurant to let a manger know my frustration. Thereseemed to be a shift lead only. No manger on duty. I let him know of my experience and asked what he could do to remedy this.The only thing the shift lead Zach offered, was to give me a $20 credit for a carry out order only. My order tonight, withoutdelivery fee, taxes, and tip (18%) cost more than that. I asked if they could remake my order. I even offered to send the foodback or take pictures to show the poor quality. He told me they couldn't do that. He told me he would give my ticket to themanager tomorrow and I could be refunded in 5-7 business days. IF my refund is approved. Needless to say, I am very disappointedin the service I received this evening. I like supporting local business, but in the future I will not support this one. I willorder elsewhere. Read more
