Placed a order for delivery through the website. Never received the order. The manager stated she could not redeliver my order... and that I needed to contact door dash. I had no contact info for door dash because I did not order through DoorDash. She statedshe would call back. 30 mins later no call received. I called again and they stated they processed a refund which would take 5-7DAYS . Read more

My wife and I have ordered here in past no problem. Unfortunately our most recent experience will have us going to another... location for now on. We ordered online and our food was not ready even after 1hr 30min. When we called we were told that ourorder was basically lost and that a new order would be ready in 18 minutes. When we went to pick up our food it still wasn?tready. Come to find out our receipt was left by the register unattended. We still had to wait a whole hour to get our food inwhich we were told would be ready. Mind you while we were waiting they were goofing off and laughing in the kitchen. We finallygot out food after waiting for a hour, and was only offered a free ranch for compensation which is comical. When we got ourfood, we had little bbq sauce so we asked for more. They had the nerve to charge us for it. When we asked for corporate?s numberover the phone, the lady on the phone asked for our name and we told her our situation. She responded with ?no you didn?t? andput us on hold. My friends and I will NEVER come back to this location again. I?ll drive to Richmond ave, or south post oakbefore I go here again. Read more

This is absolutely the worst Wingstop I have ever ordered from! The cashier was fine but the manager needs to a customer service... refresher course!! I was upcharged over $3 because it was a "special request", when I've never paid that before. And after allof that, they didn't fulfill my special requests. The chicken was overcooked and dry. The fries were cold and soggy...even mysoda wasn't right, syrup needed to be changed! I will NEVER go to this store again. I'll drive further down the street for nowon!! Read more

I ordered the 10 piece wing combo, they gave me the wrong sauce on my wings. I ordered the not spicy BBQ sauce and they gave me... the spicy one. I have a sensitive stomach and can't eat spicy at all so that's $16 down the trash. The girl behind the counteris rude and unprofessional. She just scowled at me when asking for my name for my order. And when she couldn't catch my name sheproceeded to scowled at me again. But at least she was consistently rude, I sat and watched her while i was waiting for my orderand could see she was scowling at everyone else who came in after me as well. Read more

Worst Wingstop I've ever been to. We had to wait 50 minutes to get a six piece wing. Staff is very unprofessional all the locals... from the neighborhood were going in and out helping their self to free drinks. They have a bad habit of telling everyone thattheir order is ready and then you walk up there but it's actually 10 to 15 minutes away from being ready as we found out. Myadvice is to avoid this location and pick another one. This is the Kirkwood location right off Westheimer. Read more

I got the chicken sandwich for lunch and trust me when I say, this wingstop is it. My sandwich looked like it just got done... filming a commercial. It was almost a shame to eat it. Fries were amazing, sandwich tasted amazing, washed it down with avitamin water from their machine. 10/10 Read more

***Review can be deleted as I deal with Corporate*** The manager should really re-train his cashier with BAD attitude(long fake... lashes) WHOM I also witnessed push trash down and did NOT wash her hands and had on NO gloves. Prior to this incident I askedfor a cup of water - she refused - when mind you I paid $20 for a few boneless wings. - I am new to this area but have to saynever experienced this at non of the Cypress, Texas location. - Being in a pandemic and employees unprofessional & not followingsanitary measures? for this 30 year seasoned attorney warrants a call to corporate. Worse food ever. We order online since we are time limited to 30 min for lunch. We ordered for our office. All the fries were... cold and soggy. Wings were cold and lacking flavor. No Ranch for the whole order. Sodas Flat like freaking water. Call to talkto the manager for them to say to bring all the food back. HOW?? Lunch break is over.
