I drove to this location further from my house because it was better than the other that?s closer. Well that was the first AND... ONLY time it was. I just left this place TODAY in the pouring rain and the food was dry and not very good AT ALL. I waited anHOUR (without complaint) for food I regret I paid for. Smh what a waste of money AND time. Taking our whole lunch time to make us 2 sandwiches. It's been 45min and nothing. You can also tell how slow all 3 of them are... moving today, one making food, cashier and other guy cleaning the floor.... They have no rush to even walk from one side to theother. We ended up walking out. Hopefully we can get a refund or something, they didn't even let us know how long it was goingto take if they had orders before us but we were the only ones when we got here. Google says no wait time... don't believe thatanymore either. Anybody know if we can get refunded? They say they can't refund. Read more

Oh were do I begin, so the cashier Named Guadalupe messed my order completely up! I ordered Garlic Parmesan with extra Parmesan... and she told the cook that I said no Parmesan which was strange smh also she was talking extremely low to the point that I hadto keep asking her to repeat herself her customer service was horrible and once I got my food it was hard with no seasoning so Itook it back and the cook was snatching and slamming my food down with a attitude and the manager was rude as well i told himwhat happened and he begin to tell me I have to pay for extra Parmesan and I advised him I did but mind u the cashier didn?t addit!!!! Worst Wings Stop I've been too. Staff i slow. Plus I ordered a combo and got a wing with a clump of feathers on it. Disgusting,... how does this get past the employees? I'd rather drive further to the Blalock location and get better service and quality. Read more

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I placed a online order and it was no option for ?hot lemon pepper? so I chose ?lemon pepper ? and... immediately started calling the store to personally tell them I needed hot lemon pepper. I called multiple times for 30 minsstraight and absolutely no pick up! Unacceptable. Oh And my ranch dips was busted in the bag! Please do Better! I will neverorder anything from this story again!! Not sure what's going on with the staff at the Hammerly location. I waited at the counter to pay for my online order while staff... held conversations at the door, clocked in, swept, and ignored me. I think it was 7-10 minutes. No other customers waiting. Nophone orders being taken. Eventually, I just left. I called and was promptly put on hold. When staff member picked up again, Itold her that I was just there and no one assisted me so I left. Please go ahead and cancel my online order, I won't be comingto get it. She hung up without an apology or a thank you. I'm hoping they get the kinks worked because this experience is notgoing to maintain customers. Read more

Good wings. Cooked right. Need more seasoning on garlic parm wings and the lemon pepper. Not giving 5 stars though- my blue... cheese dips were totally watered down. No blue cheese chunks in sight. Please fix that. Read more
