The first time I went to this restaurant I saw the surroundings and it had a very unique of Chinese style in the restaurant.... They had a very authentic Sichuan hot pot. My favorite soup base was the Xiao Long Kan classic spicy soup base, the food camevery quick and it was very fresh, the service was amazing. The atmosphere was amazing. The kids had such a good time. We all loved the cuisine, very fresh. The service was great, and the... restaurant was very clean. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants to try a hotpot, or cultural food, orjust a fun experience with the kids, a date night, or a great dine to yourself. Really authentic and delicious Sichuan style hot pot. Everything is a la cart except for sauces and dessert but I think that's a... good thing since it keeps everything fresh and clean. All the things we ordered were really good quality and it was so funhaving three soups to choose from to cook your food in! We got the mala hot, the pork bone broth, and the tomato soup.Surprisingly my favorite was the tomato soup and make sure you ask for tea cups to drink the soup at the end.... it's soooooyummy and warms your belly at the end of the meal. Some must order things to put in are the fried tofu skins and their noodles.Such good texture and soaks up all the yummy soup it is cooking in...
