Environment and service was nice but wasn't too impressed by the sandwich. It was too salty and took away from flavor . I rather... you damp or refry it in chicken broth rather than add extra salt which usually happens with these hot chicken places. it hasthat seasoning on it but it just becomes too salty. This place is terrible. I gave them a try for the first time a couple of years ago. I was turned off because they had slime in... the soda machine. Gave them another chance the other night. The service is horrible. Nobody was at the front counter when Iwalked in. The young lady comes from the restroom, walks passed me, goes to the drive thru speaker and takes their order. Shenever even acknowledged me. Then she came back to me and said "are you ready"...as if Id asked for time or something. I asked ifthey have a 4pc tenders meal. She told me that I couldn't get that in a kids meal, only a regular meal. It was just my husbandand I there so I'm not sure why she assumed that I even wanted a kids meal. So... I said, "I don't want a kids meal". She said"oh, ok". Sounding like a robot. Then I ordered the Cobb salad with fried chicken. When our order was ready, I check it beforeleaving. The salad had a little chicken on it, and I know it comes with 3 strips because I always order it from another Zaxby'sway far from my house because this one is so bad. Anyway... I asked the guy at the server window, "I'm sorry, how many stripscome on the Cobb salad". He told me 3. I asked him to look at my salad. He laughed and turned around to the window to ask themfor 2 more chicken strips. I didn't even have to ask. He could clearly see that they didn't give me a correct portion (seephoto). So... I fell in love with Zaxby?s years ago. The Zaxby?s Buffalo Blue Zalad was my favorite for the longest!! It is still great but... now I love the wing and tender combo. Their food has been very consistent over the years so that I can appreciate! Their food isalways fresh and hot. I love the eclectic aesthetic of their restaurants. Very warm and welcoming! There's A LOT of young people working here and it affects their speed of service. Instead of prepping orders I saw workers... having side conversations and generally just not working/hanging around. I ordered at 3:28 and didn't get my food until 4:04.You would think that with the amount of people working their service would be faster. No apology offered for a 40 minute waiteither. Read more

Zaxby's is far too stingy with condiments. For $50 worth of food, they gave my party 5 packets of ketchup and refused to give... more. "Yeah but what if others need ketchup too?" and gestured to people standing behind me. No other restaurant issues only 1single packet of ketchup per person and try to shame you for asking for more. Last time they were out of Zax Sauce and thenwanted to charge me for BBQ sauce instead. Bring your own sauce or stay away I guess? First time dining at this establishment, and I must say it was a bad experience. The food was ok, the fries could use seasoning.... The problem was the service we received. There was three in my party and we received two packets of ketchup and when we went tocounter to request more we given ONE more packet and told " we are almost out". That's not the customer problem or fault. I wentup to counter and eventually received two packets of ketchup. The young lady behind the never counter that was giving out theorders and ketchup never smile, had an attitude and just didn't seem like she wanted to be there.
