Just left firehouse subs and Unfortunately it was the biggest waste of money I've ever spent on a lunch!° I ordered a medium... steak sub with mushrooms added a cup of soup and a cherry coke.....I'm sorry the sandwich tasted great but hardly had any steakon it at all! The soup I ordered was loaded potato and it may be the worst soup I've eaten in my entire life!!!! The 2 bites ofsoup I tried was so disgusting that If I had time I'd run back to the hotel and brush my teeth!!!!!! Read more
Always great subs, one of the best in my opinion...however if you find that you received someone else's order after driving 20... miles, don't bother with the manager. Will not refund to your CC, firehouse policy, nope...called them. Apparently not. Localmaybe. CC refunds are not offered but if you are into rude attitude filled discussion, those are readily available. I'd give alower rating, but the manager is bit sensitive, my comments fueled the fire....hangry moment. Firehouse is off my list..justconfirm your order before leaving, you'll be fine. Read more
This was my first visit to a fire house sub restaurant. Didn?t know what to expect or how it might compare to other places. I... have to say, I was a little disappointed not to have a choice of a roast beef sub which is my favorite. The small,medium andlarge choices were different but I went with medium and then mixed and matched with my buddy so we each had half of a differentkind. Choices are limited but quality is good. Only white or wheat for bread. I was especially impressed with the main clerk onduty who was very friendly and efficient. First rate! I enjoyed the decor, lots of interesting things to look at. I guess, Imight prefer subway food overall, but this was a nice experience and a great option to have. Read more
I?m staying at the motel behind Firehouse. I?ll be here at least 2 weeks for work. I LOVE subs, and was very excited to try this... place. I stood at the counter for 5 minutes without being acknowledged by the 3 employees behind the counter. It?s fine. I mademy own sub and it was delicious. They lost business for at least 6 or 7 meals. I have 4 more subs I made if anyone isinterested. No wait, I?ll acknowledge your presence, and greet you with a smile! Read more
Excellent service here. The food was quickly prepared and served. The dining area was very clean and employees quickly cleaned... tables after someone would leave. Easy access of a main road and short distance from interstate. Plenty of parking forvehicles and even buses if needed. We will definitely be back here again! Read more
I prefer a cold sandwich, but the bread was so dried out and stale. Must be trying to save money because my small sub was 2... inches! It sure us not the place it used to be. Read more
