Last time I was at this particular Subway the lady serving sneezed in her gloves, and without missing a beat and not changing... her gloves continued to make my sandwich!!! After complaining and asking for my money back she had the nerve to ask me why!!!Called corporate and when I explained my case, they couldn't believe what transpired!!! The following week I received a callfrom the owner and now this joke of an owner is telling me the whole situation was my fault fault. Called corporate on himalso!!! Read more

They only hire one employee to work in the store at a time. Thus the speed of service plummets and it's unfair to the employee... and the customers. Currently, as of 5/20/2022, this Subway is closed. Let's hope it's for good and they don't come back, sohopefully we can get something different, maybe. Read more

This is the best subway in New York, this lady works so hard and I love how she makes my sandwiches. She makes everything with... love. I give this subway 10 stars. All those negative comments can go to horrible service subway? this subway the best handsdown. Read more

Really nice older woman was working by herself during a heat wave day. I feel really bad for her and although she took her time... making my steak & cheese it came out good. Please have a minimum of two employees working during the afternoon. You right nextto Chipotle, mc Donald?s and 7 eleven. High volume area. You shouldn?t be under staffed. Read more

If I could leave negative stars I would! Ordered through the app and my order somehow got changed try to call the store through... the app and the number is not in service. Ordered another sandwich customized it to what I wanted and nothing that I asked forwas on it. Bread was stale and the ingredients were definitely not fresh!!! Will never order from here again ???? I want to make the following complaint against a server. 1. She asked me what I was doing at the time of my lining up and... waiting for her at counter for a while; it sounded she suspected me of something. But, it was tolerable and instantly ignored byme. 2. I turned in a coupon asking if it was accepted or not. She repeatedly said she could not understand my language,impolitely shoving the coupon to me. Even though the next client helped me to understand her, she did not explain about thecoupon. FYI, I was working for a firm to meet various clients for last twenty years. 3. Instead of me, she served the nextclient regardless of a commercial consensus, first come, first serve. Even she did not make any excuse and apologies. I wishthe server should be trained about how to kindly serve clients and wisely handle even minor conflicts with clients. Read more
