Use to love bc pizza buffet. This time at 1230. The buffet was full, and so was the dining area. No one wanted the old cold and... dried out options. I requested another pizza. Sign says to request a pizza, I was told they wouldn't make it, or make anythingelse until the current old pizza was eaten up. Even without the protein to make it cheaper for them. Read more
Not many choices for pizza at the buffet when I was there last, but the salad was plentiful. I assume supply troubles are to... blame. The food was still good and I know they have more choices when they can. Read more

First timer here, on vacation. Brought my husband and 5 kids- ages ranging from 18 to 5. They have a small arcade with racing... games, a photo booth, stuffed animal claw game, pinball, and another game. They also have a small area for little kids with akitchen set and toys. There is a restroom and can dine in. Dining in also allows free drinks. Food was amazing. The bbq brisketMac and cheese was THE BEST. The only complaint I have about the place is that the phone literally rang off the hook the entiretime we were there (about an hour). Non-stop. If they answered it right away that would've been a different story but they justlet it ring and ring and ring. I'm sure it was because they were busy but it was so loud and driving us crazy. This place is a very wonderful place they offer half off larges and extra large build your own pizzas on Tuesdays all day they... work hard to keep the customers happy and lately all I have seen is negativity people don't look at it as wow there really busyor look at it as people are human and some times there's mistakes I am great full to the people of bc pizza for providing howardcity with very wonderful tasting pizza and I'm great full for how charitable they are I Hurd they even participated in thefeeding hunger and gave vouchers for a free 1 toping pizza. All I'm saying is bc pizza is really a great place and people shouldstop being so hard on them any one ever stop to think that some.of the people working there are just kids who probably never hada job before. There was this screw in my pizza that I bought on half off Tuesday. They gave me a $25 credit on my account. Also, the 3rd Pic... is what the counter looked like when I went in to tell them $25 wasn't satisfactory and they said well, that's all we're givingyou. Read more
Overall good pizza. Just as good as Pizza Hut buffet, but I think a bit better. Especially on the taste. Good variety of... pizzas. Soup and salad included with the lunch buffet. Only $7.50. Read more
I tried to order on the app, didn't work...called in order and guy was rude. Delivery driver was sweet and earlier than... expected. But then I was charged 3 more times from the app 2 days later. Did get $$ back, but never heard back from managerabout any of it. Pizza was not as good as it used to be either. Overall not a very good experience ???? Read more
