Every single time I order online the order gets messed up. I'd advise if you have more than 2 subs NOT to order online!
Order dinner for my family, 4 subs total, through the app. The app is great to use and I've use it for other locations with... great success, but not from the Mobile Subway in Howard City. At this location they just can't get the order right. I havebrought up my concerns with the management but don't think they care. 3 times we have order and 3 time it's been wrong. Read more
Don't order online from this location. Often they are out of ingredients and you will arrive to find your order not available... or not correct. Then to change the order to something they do have you get charged more because its not an online order. Thislocation provided the worst subway experience from any location I have ever been to. Always have issues with online orders where they miss something. Called to finally express my frustration only to be told they... couldn't remake a sub because they only forgot the sauce. I understand it's a simple mistake but really? Definitely lost acustomer that orders from here a lot. They don't care anyway because they told me to go to a different subway! Read more

The girl had meat and cheese on my six inch and foot long before she let me know the toaster was down. Didn?t mind much because... I had a gift card to pay with loaded onto my account, something I had just used at the subway on m-46 days prior. When I got tothe register I was told I can not pay that way. Had a online order... showed up as they were making my sub. They put the wrong veggies on it and as I said something they dug... through my sandwich and proceeded to put the correct veggies on it. Now that my sub looks like fredy Kruger ran up on it I'msupposed to go eat it.. smh. Don't ever come here Read more
