This place seriously needs attention of the headquarters. Just a mocking of the brand and a shame for the company. 3 teenager on... the spot and just chatting and I had to wait for one to take my order for 12min just bevy she was busy with something ???????also no food and only few beverages available. Got my coffee with wrong milk and when I asked , was told that they just didn?thave oat-milk and used regular!!! I?m lactose intolerant ??????????????? just waisted my time and money. The worst Starbucks I have been to. No food available because it was still frozen. No cold brew of any kind. Never heard of a... caramel apple cider. Highly do not recommend it. Read more

Google says 7am-7pm 7 days a week. Here on a Wednesday morning at 8am. Customers waiting to be served. But no one here. Lights... are on, things are out open, but no one there to serve you. Basically they are closed. The Starbucks at travel plazas are mostlyalways disappointing. Never open. Losing out on a lot of business. You pay for tolls, and can?t even get the foods you want,cause restaurants are not open at the specified times. Read more
