I arrived two hours before the store closes and sat at the drive thru speaker for over five minutes with no one coming to... assist. I was the only car in line. Finally I pulled away, and could see employees in the building when I was leaving. I canunderstand getting slower service when it's very busy, or if a place is short staffed, but to be ignored for that long whenthere are no other customers to attend to whatsoever is a bit ridiculous. Worst meal from Arby's ever. It's in the trash, and we're still hungry. 2 burnt curly fries 2 prime rib cheesesteak... Mushy... chopped up meat on wrinkled mushy bun. No peppers or onion. Nothing at all like the photo. Could have spent the same $20across the street at Leo's and had hot fresh food and probably some change back! Won't be back. Read more
We were just returning home after a Dr.app. in Bloomfield, with my back surgery. When we got to Arby's, we didn't realize that... they were closed to inside dining because staff shortage. By the time my husband had got my walker out and me out of the car,the manger came and opened the door for us and welcomed us in. Arbys is one of my favorite places to grab a quick fresh bite. This one was absolutely terrible. My daughter and I barely got... any meat on our sandwiches and our medium fry might as well of been a small. Sandwiches were also slapped together. Their drivethru was slow and no dine in so there isn?t any excuse. Also, drive thru service could?ve been a lot better. Read more
Service is always fast and friendly. I have never had a bad meal here, and the team works hard to make it an enjoyable... experience every time. The manager really seems to care as well. Read more
Fast friendly service. There were a few cars ahead of me but the line moves quickly. Food is always fresh and hot. Staff is... kind. Dining room is open and clean. They do have restrooms available and clean restrooms. They are wheelchair accessible andhandicapped parking is available. Read more
I first pulled into the drive thru, but it was moving very slow, and with the price of gas I didn?t want to continue to let my... car run. I probably sat in the drive thru for ten minutes before I went in. After that i stood in the lobby for about tenminutes before my order was taken by a young women who was clearly aggravated with the poor working conditions. The oldergentleman who appeared to be the manager seemed to know less about his position, or how to effectively manage a rush than theother young employees. The customer service was poor and no-one apologized for my wait time. Fries were ice cold. Read more
Sadly I usually don't have any issues here but yesterday I had chemotherapy and after 4 hours of chemotherapy on my way home I... stopped at this Arby's because they're only 6 mins from my home. The drive thru was open only and that's fine that's not mycomplaint. I waited in a 3 car line for 15 min then when I pulled up to the drive thru I noticed cars driving away, the lady atthe window said they were closing because there's only 2 employees. It was 8 pm they are always open until 11 pm. I know there'sa shortage of workers everywhere so I'm always willing to wait patiently but when I was a manager at fast food restaurants I hadmany times where it was me and one other person and we got it done. The other reason for my visit was for my meal to be replacedbecause they gave me the wrong order last week. Read more
