We were quite disappointed in our thin crust supreme pizza. The crust was extremely thin to where you could not even pick it up,... paper thin, the edges we so burnt and the over all appearance made it non appetizing. So sad when you look forward to enjoying apizza you love getting. It might be some time before we order another. Read more
I stopped in here for the first time. The experience was good not great. Service was a little slow, but they seemed short... staffed, and I wasn't in a rush. So not a big deal. The pizza was average. It was tasty, but isn't one that I'll keep on myshort list to order from again. The pretzel appetizer was really good; the cheese dip was awesome. All in all, an average placeto dine. Read more
Will not go back! We wanted fish tacos & fish & chips but server said the fish was still frozen! My feta bread was cold &... ordered S West egg rolls. Yuck! Dipping sauce was like sludge! Nice server but should have been informed about 86 items whenseated. We would have just left & I wouldn't be texting this bad review !! Read more
We were there with a large party (22 people) and their food and service were fabulous! The variety on the menu allowed each of... us to get what we wanted, not an easy task, and we each enjoyed our meal!! The server was very kind and patient, thank youJennifer! These are trying times with staff shortages, especially on a weekend night. Some places have great teamwork & most of the people... that were working tonight showed that. Darren our bartender was helping in the kitchen & waiting on people, waitresses werewashing bar glasses & host people were busting butt as well. The pizza was awesome! The wait was long for the food but weunderstood why. We have been there many times & the staff has always been great. My question on this night is where wasmanagement to help? Horrible experience! Burgers were burned to a crisp, pulled pork was horrible, floor was disgusting and your feet stick to the... floor. Our waitress was in tears because multiple people were complaining about their food. Manager came over and because my 2son?s took a bite out of the burgers they would not take it off the bill. Manager took one burger off our bill (we orderedthree) unfortunately we ordered a pizza to go home which also was horrible. Bill came to $62 and we didn?t even eat. Left arestraunt starving and upset about the $62! Go to Caratti?s down town Howell, best burger and pizza around! Read more
My daughter and I met for lunch at Aubries this afternoon ~ everything I wanted was not available, so I ended up ordering the ?... pick 2 ? a side salad & carne taco . The salad was black and clearly spoiled ! I kept putting pieces in the app basket , until Irealized not a bit of it was safe to consume . My daughter ordered a full salad & said she was afraid of getting sick becauseof mine ( hers was a bit better ) . My entire fam meets up at Aubries often for outside dining , and I do understand aboutshortages for restaurants at this time , but this is awful to give a customer food that is rotten . I come here a couple times a month for takeout and I have to say, Alex is always doing the carry out orders when I am there and... her service is PHENOMENAL!! She makes every time I come in pleasant.
