I went in today not knowing what I wanted (which was a first for me). I asked both batista's what was the most common cold drink... on such a hot day and they both took the time to tell me and explain the drinks I was not familiar with. The customer service was amazing . I thought the lady forgot my chocolate drizzle and she politely guaranteed me that she... didn't forget. She was just that fast that I blinked and missed it.
