I visit the drive thru 4 -5 times per week. Honestly, I could find more affordable coffee elsewhere but the staff at the E.... Howell location keep me coming back for more. The coffee's always tasty but all the employees treat us like family. They'restruggling with staffing issues like everyone is these days which makes it even more impressive that they keep that drive thrumoving smoothly and quickly. I don't know how they do it, but we're always met with a friendly smile, a "cookie" for my dog,and a tasty drink. Our trip to Biggby is the highlight of my dog's day. I order the same drink with no coconut everytime, and everytime its different! I have to get it remade too much, how hard is it... to just not add coconut! I dont have this issue with any other Biggby shops! Read more
