Got a $25 bob evans gift card. Haven?t been in a while. Ordered a bacon and cheese omelette with hashbrowns and sourdough toast.... My food was swimming in grease. Had to wait on my toast. Finally came covered in what look like margarine that wasn?t melting.One piece was mangled. I sent it back. The waitress was young and I felt bad for her there?s no way in hell I would have broughtthat to the table. Only ate less then half of my breakfast and showed our waitress. We were seated quickly, waitress didn?t show up to table for 10 minutes. People whom were seated after us got their food before... us and so on. Protein bowl was 90% sweet potatoes and I was not brought my home fries till I was almost done eating. Waitressdid not return to table to give us a bill, we had to go to cashier and tell cashier where were sitting. When my wife tried toexpress our ?bad? dinning experience to the cashier she was politely blown off and told ?we pride ourselves on service?.Obviously not the case at all! Just another reason to stay supportive of our local cafes and restaurant that are owned by areneighbors and friends, who care about your business and dinning experience. Read more
My boyfriend and I go here probably once a month for dinner and have never had an experience like the one we had last night. It... took 10+ minutes before we were greeted by our server, Autumn, once we were greeted and our orders were taken it took about 10minutes for my bread to be dropped off which normally I wouldn?t complain about, however, that was dropped off before our watersand we sat there for probably an additional 20 minutes just waiting to have something to drink. On top of that it took about 30+minutes before our food came out (there were only like 5 or 6 tables in the whole restaurant) and when our food did come out itwas cold, so I?m assuming the server just didn?t bring it out when it was ready. Once our food was dropped off I asked for aside of ranch which never came. At that point we were just ready to leave and call the dinner a fail, but it took 30 minutes foranyone to notice us looking around waiting to be waited on, and when someone did, it was another worker who had to drop off ourcheck. I ended up checking out leaving a 15% tip. I?m a waitress and it pains me to leave under 20% but we barely even got basicservice. However, I would like to say that your host, I believe her name was Ashlyn, did a wonderful job, and she should havebeen the server. Read more
My daughters love Bob Evans! Took them for the first time a month ago & now they ask me to take them all the time. My one & only... complaint is their syrup has a weird flavor to it- almost like it's old? Other then that, great food, great service, greatprices! Read more
It's a very pleasant place to get breakfast, when you need a break from and elderly patient. Service a bit slow ,but its mostly... teenagers. So what would you expect ,we all had teenagers. Lol Peace ??PS note the teenage cooking forgot to remove egg shells. And the ham in omelet still had the plastic on it. Other than that it was great. I still ate it. Picked around. Paid 20 bucksfor egg shells. If I was home in NEW HAMPSHIRE I would of made my own. Thanks ???? Read more
