I had a really great experience at Cleary?s. Found a seat at the bar between a few locals, possibly the last seat available on a... Friday evening. Bartenders were very attentive and friendly. I had the fish and chips, which was delicious and had a drink fordessert. My bill was around $25 with tip, very reasonable IMO. They were really busy, which I love to see so they must be doingsomething right. Great food and even better service, and that?s hard to do nowadays. My only critique would be for thegentleman(I presume to be the manager/owner) Who brought soup out and put it at the back of the bar and left, to either 1-learnseat numbers or 2-Get the bartenders attention so they can point you in the direction of the correct guest. If that was my soupand it sat anywhere other than in front of me getting cold, I would not be happy. Other than that small thing, I?ll be back ifI?m ever back in the area! Read more

Not horrible. But not great either, been going here since I was a little kid, and don?t think I have been there a single time... without having to send something back because it was cold or undercooked, took my girl there last night and ordered a pizza(which was great, but who can mess up pizza) she got a burger ordered medium rare and it was raw, I got crab stuffed mushroomsas an appetizer, server told us it was way hot, but was still cold in the middle, and French onion soup which is alwaysphenomenal from there. Excellent dining experience, atmosphere was friendly and welcoming. My wife and I dealt with 3 of the staff and they were... amazing. I absolutely recommend the Shepard's Pie and the soft pretzels were great also. Read more
