My family has always had a positive experience ordering pizza from here. The pizza is ready on time and of course it tastes... great. The crew and owner (I'm assuming was the owner) are just top notch in customer service. I called in my order and the young man... taking it tried to find me a coupon and when he couldn't, he apologized! I was a bit early getting there to pick up my order,which was fine, I didn't mind waiting. While waiting, one of the crew members made sure I had been helped (I had). And then, whoI believe was the owner, offered me a bottle of water free of charge and to sit down while I was waiting. He said it was too hotto be in there lol. Been getting pizza every Friday night for months now. The last 3 weeks have just gone down hill. The wait times get longer with... each visit. And tonight was ridiculous. Placed online order at 4:45.
