Food is good, restaurant is clean, but it's probably the slowest JJ I've ever been too. Not Freaky Fast.
I LOVE this place! There isn't a girl here who isn't loving and kind, and their employees always put the customer first! I enjoy... working in an environment where we can all get along unlike many other work places. The sandwiches are overwhelmingly good andevery time I take a bite I feel like I am in Heaven. They feel like a godsend. What I don't like, is the pay. The hours aren'tthe best as I sometimes get cut down to make enough for other delivery drivers, which is fine but $11.00/hr is not nearly enoughwhen you have bills to pay and bigger goals. The website advertised $14.00/hr, and it turned out to be different which wasdisappointing. Shoutout to Tom, Hannah, Rachel, Kathy, Stevie, and the owners (I don't know their names). Not happy with delivery service. I left good tip prior to delivery and the driver said my door buzzer is not working to come... in. Made me walk down to get it, which is fine. The irritating part is my door buzzer does work and he was deliberately lyingto me. Should have just said he doesn?t enter buildings or is lazy or whatever the issue was. Not lied. Read more
I am very disappointed with my experience at the Lawson drive location in howell. I ordered 2 sandwiches for pickup and they... rudely refused to honor my coupon (it was a qualifying order and an active coupon). I paid cash for this purchase and when I gothome I realized they shorted me $5 in change. Both sandwiches were very soggy and didn?t have much meat on them at all. Ordered a big party box for Christmas Eve and had to change to a much smaller one just a few hours before due to covid... cancelations. They answered my phone call even before they opened and kindly and quickly made the changes???? The order wasperfect and really delicious. Will definitely do this again! Read more
Sandwich made to order was excellent, self serve area lacking; no napkins in plain view available had to reach over the... counter, no sauce sides available either (even though requested during the order process) without asking after the order wascompleted. Read more
