I have been doing business with Jonas for years most of it is positive however I am going to take this opportunity to complain... first about a large pizza with three toppings one being extra cheese I am 66 years old so I know what I'm talking about I havebought the same pizza many times before in this case there was not any extra cheese put on this pizza the cheese was spread outmainly in the center with very little within 2 inches of the crust so 4 inches of the pizza had no cheese or toppings and nothere was not extra cheese in the center it was very thin and pitiful. The second is about their chicken wings twice now I haveordered wings over the phone I ordered a large tray of chicken with wings. It turns out the wings that they give you when youorder over the phone have less meat on them than the ones that you buy over the counter at the deli there is no meat on thelittle drumsticks I just bought them again today ordered over the phone and to my dismay it is the same. I have bought wingsinside over the counter many times so I know exactly what I'm talking about and what the difference is. Why do you charge thesame price for wings ordered over the phone when you know they are less quality honestly this is very shady. Ordered a supreme pizza w/mushrooms and black olives and we got a cheese pizza with mushrooms and black olives ???????????I... could Understand if they were slammed but not one customer at the counter! Love this place! Can?t beat their pizza. And if you have a sweet tooth, you are going to love their dessert case!! Add their hot... bar, pizza by the slice, and an enormous selection of any type of drink (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) you can think of, thisplace is the best! Read more
Wow, wow, wow is the jist of this review! Sean was amazing with helping me get something delivered as a gift! I had tried some... other liquor stores in the area (I live out of state and can't use the normal online liquor stores due to a Michigan law) andthey weren't able to help me. Sean's customer service is hands down what all customer service should be like!! I hope I get tosend more gifts to my client just so I can use these guys again!!! Read more
Amazing people! Amazing food at a great value. Jonas has been here since I was a boy. I used to ride my bike up to their old... shop and turn in cans for candy and snacks. They threw a big BBQ every year and would give food out for free. These people aregreat. I wish them nothing bu success. Recently I have been getting the fried chicken and let me say it's way better then KFCand a way better value. Read more
Best salads in town. Maurice, fattoush, Greek, Michigan. So crisp and fresh. Amazing deli section. Great place to stop for... liquor, or other last minute party supplies. Try the baklava. Super clean. Friendly and warm staff. Always a treat to stopthere. Read more
