When I called this store about an item missing from my order, it was my first time ever hearing: "We don't have time" "You'll... have to figure out how to contact DoorDash" "We don't do partial refunds" "You can come in to get a coupon" Wow. This is awhole new low in customer service, Caesars. Because YOU selected DoorDash as the delivery service (rather than it being on myaccount), they can't access the driver info or issue me a refund. The DoorDash customer service chat transcript is 6 pages long,and involved support staff named Ashwini, Jam, Marie, Sunil, Wasim, Kiran and Priyanka. Telling ME to contact them is not justsloppy, it's incorrect. At this point, I'll eat cold dry cereal before I order from you again. It's all on you, Caesars. Howyou you going to make this right?
