When I called this store about an item missing from my order, it was my first time ever hearing: "We don't have time" "You'll... have to figure out how to contact DoorDash" "We don't do partial refunds" "You can come in to get a coupon" Wow. This is awhole new low in customer service, Caesars. Because YOU selected DoorDash as the delivery service (rather than it being on myaccount), they can't access the driver info or issue me a refund. The DoorDash customer service chat transcript is 6 pages long,and involved support staff named Ashwini, Jam, Marie, Sunil, Wasim, Kiran and Priyanka. Telling ME to contact them is not justsloppy, it's incorrect. At this point, I'll eat cold dry cereal before I order from you again. It's all on you, Caesars. Howyou you going to make this right? Please just refund the $7.99 wings to the customer on order 015, store 1073076, from Fridayevening 8/19/22. And no thanks on the coupon. Read more

Pizza was so-so, dough not fully cooked, and for a extra/extra it was missing some of the extra. I should have gotten a regular... hot and ready and saved a few bucks. And the hot and ready's had to be made to order even though the six customers that came inafter me all ordered one or more. Read more
Came there on Sunday and purchased over $10 in food. I didn?t have my card with me and only had a $50 bill. I was told they... don?t keep enough money in the register to make change. Went down to Subway and they were prepared. Come on little Caesars beprepared. A $50 bill is not a lot of money anymore. I am a business owner and that would never happen to me. Read more
I walked in, pointed, paid $6 and left with a hot pizza. 3 minutes tops. The guy at the register was pleasant and efficient and... the food was fresh. I hadn't been to Little Caesars in over a decade. I'll definitely be back now. Read more
This establishment does not answer phones for orders on Sundays. Drove 12 miles to the store, waited in line, and ordered my... pizza in person and the call was still not answered. Highly disappointed. Read more
