We go here all the time, usually for carry out. The food is better than average for a Mexican style place like this. We went the... other night, closing time is 9 pm, we arrived around 8:10. The waitress was rude and rushed us the whole time. Another coupleshowed up at 8:45 and was turned away. Why not post the closing time an hour earlier if you don?t want to be there. A restaurantshould ?seat? people up until the closing time and not be rude to customers who get there an hour before close. Read more
Food is great as usual. The thing that wasn't was the man thag served us. Now, it was busy, so I get how he was feeling. I work... at the KFC that is down the street. I get it. But he came on too fast. Now, the slow one that I am, I was flabbergasted. Ididn't get a chance to speak. And when I did, I stuttered (yes I'm a stutterer). Now when I get costumers, I let them choose andnot rush them, even if it is in a rush hour. Now I really didn't want to "complain" because I didn't want to sound like a Karen,but it was bothering me. Tonight just did it for me. I order from here because the food is good, but as many times as they have screwed my order up, I... should have found Mexican elsewhere long ago. This time there was meat in my vegetarian dish, they completely forgot to put inmy order and sent me a text stating it was ready for pick up. They had me waiting at the restaurant for a half hour. My ordercomes out and of course things are missing (shocker) Not too mention how they try and waive you off to DoorDash, grub hub, bentobox etc. for their mistakes everytime. We ate here today on Fathers day. We had a party of 7 and once we got inside we noticed signs saying they were extremely short... staffed. Our waitress was extremely friendly and stated that they only had two servers for the entire restaurant. To be honestwe were a little worried considering we had four kids that were starving. She kept the kids content with chips and salsa and therefills coming and every time she came back to the table she apologized for the wait. We arrived 30min before closing time on a Wednesday night. Staff seemed to be getting ready to close since there was no one else... dining in (probably slow day in the middle of the week) but we still received excellent service and delicious food. Good vibes, clean place, great staff, and the food is AMAZING! The whole restaurant is set up well, and they communicate... everything really well, the wait for your food is not too long, even for carry out. Not to mention portions are sizedperfectly!
