Worse customer service on the county. App gives the choice to pick up inside, outside, or drive thru. Don't need a manager... telling me which of the 3 to use. Some of the staff are rude and have been inside listening to staff in drive thru bad mouthingcustomers to each other. Read more
I've been to this McDonald's three times now, the first time went well but I only ordered two items. The second time I went I... ordered for the family and they completely gave my order away to someone else and I got the wrong order. The third time whichwas about 30 minutes ago. I was sitting in the drive-thru line waiting for my order. When the employee came out to give me whatI had ordered they also brought out another order for the car behind me. At that point they accidentally swapped the orders andgave us the wrong ones. They realized what they did and swapped them back but mine was still wrong, I only had a portion of whatI ordered. I do have to say that they fixed my order both time that they messed up but I will not be returning for a fourthtime. Read more
They were out of the slushie mix but food was good hot and not a long wait through the drive thru. The young lady who took my... order was a bit in a rush. Prices have gone up quite a bit in the last 6 months as have most places. I won't be able to eat outat these prices. But was nice to have a treat. Read more
I came to pick up an order at this restaurant as a delivery driver. They refused to service me. I was incredibly offended... because it was a Saturday night. I turned down a different order to pick this up. I wil remember this as a reminder to avoidgoing to McDonalds personally to eat and this one specifically. Very discriminatory behavior. Read more

It's a nice quick stop for a bite to eat when it's lobby is open. I drive a truck and don't have the luxury of going thru the... drive thru. So I must rely on walk in take out service. I realize places are still having staffing issues but hopefully theycan get that worked out. Overall their food is always prepared as ordered and is made fresh. I never had any issues with theirfood. The staff they do have are friendly. Read more
I have been going to this McDonald's for over 9 years. Most of the staff are wonderful but the last 2 years the drive thru lines... are awfull. Sometimes you wait for over 15 to 2o minutes. I have had multiple situations where it can be early in the day oreven between 4 pm to 9 pm and the ice cream machine isn't working or they can't make frappes because the machine is down or it'sself cleaning. I understand that things happen but it's been over 2o times in the last 2 years. I live 8 minutes away so it'sextremely frustrating to come here wait for over 15 to 20 minutes and then be told the ice cream machine isn't working or thefrappe machine isn't working. The last few times I ordered food the fries were soggy or left under the heat lamp for too long.The hamburgers were burnt and rubbery around the edges. I have 20 years of experience in fast food and restaurant work so Iunderstand that things happen and not everyday is perfect. I understand that people call in. I understand that they can be shortstaffed and training people. But this has been on going for too long with the issues. I have pulled out of the lines at thedrive thru many times along with many other people and I end up going to Arby's or coney island a few minutes away. I don'tusually leave reviews like this but I'm not the only one that has dealt with these issues more than once. Read more
