Ordered delivery through their app. They charge 12% service fee, missing 2 items, I did received money back that was for the 2... items. They did not give back the portion of the service fee charged for those 2 missing items. When I called they neverappologized for the misshaping just directed me to contact door dash directly because they delivered. Keep in mind that Iordered through the McDonald's app not Door dash. Will not order from them again, they offered no type of remorse for theirmistake...an apology would have gone a long way. Read more

We went here this morning and waited over 25 minutes to get our food. That?s longer than a sit down restaurant. We ordered 4... hash browns, 2 sausage McMuffins, and one sausage burrito. When I went into get my order after being asked to pull around. Iasked for a food ticket to see how long we had been waiting their response 6,000 seconds? I didn?t realize my husband hadalready received a ticket. I asked them for a ticket and they said they don?t have a a ticket to see how long it took but theydid have a time which was 6,000 seconds which is only 10 min. Which when I got into the car the ticket had time 9:20 and wedidn?t get our food until 9:45. The manager didn?t say sorry or anything just said have a nice day!!! Insane?.. Read more

Went through drive thru this evening and had quite a long wait.... driest cheeseburger and fries were almost cold! Seriously... upsetting with as much as we pay for fast food and food isn't even hot or good. Read more

Not sure what the difference is between this McDonald's and others but this is the slowest McDonald's I have ever been to. The... workers are nice but every time I stop here it takes 3 times as long to get your food. We waited 25 minutes to get our food inthe drive thru. I would avoid this location if you need fast food. Food was good just super slow. Read more

They gave my food to the car in front of me and that car returned the bag because it was obviously not their order. When I... pulled up, they attempted to give me the same bag. I asked the employee if it was the same bag and he acknowledged it was. Howdo they know that the people in front of me hadn't touched the food inside the bag? So gross. Read more

Food was cold, bread was rock hard. Called the store to let them know. Manager was extremely rude, wouldn?t let me talk. Kept... insisting that I was wrong. Told me she was right next to the cook and it was impossible the food was cold. They double chargedme on my bill for a sauce. Worst experience I have had going to McDonald?s in a long time. I never leave reviews. Today I ordered a double quarter pounder with no pickles. I got a burger with no pickles, but added... lettuce. I drove back through the drive through, explained the error, and ordered a new sandwich with no pickles, and was toldto pull around to a waiting spot. After the people behind me (who also had to wait almost 10 minutes) got their food and left,someone finally came back out, only to ask me what I ordered (zero communication among workers, apparently). A few minutes later(at least 20 minutes after my first order), I got my sandwich. The manager apologized, and said she had to babysit the cooks tomake sure the order was right, cause they were ?just messing around back there?. 5 minutes down the road, I opened my burger. Ithad pickles. Most McDonald?s are run smoothly and consistently. This place, not so much. Read more
