Do not go here. They had me wait for 45 minutes for 2 sausage McMuffins, 1 hash brown and a coke. After 2 calls to them I had... to request my money back because they couldn?t get my order to me as I watched more than 15 cars pass by me with their order. Iwon?t go to McDonald?s again. Read more
I placed an order on the app for breakfast, I ordered hotcakes, 1 hashbrown, a medium mango smoothie and butter and syrup. My... total was $8.83. I got to the speaker and gave them my code from the app, when I pulled up to the 1st window, the employee didnot read off my order and just handed me my receipt. The total was over $20 and there was 2 egg bisicuts another hashbrown and amedium roast coffee on my receipt added on. How does that happen, how do you mess up an order so badly. The lady at the secondwindow fixed my order but only gave me $6 back and still forgot my hashbrown until I reminded her. Make sure you double checkyour order before you drive to the 2nd window. This McDonald's is absolutely garbage. The management doesn't care about customer satisfaction. Went in with my girl and ordered... coffees and sandwiches. My girl was handed a lukewarm latte in a cold beverage cup. Then it took about 14 more minutes for 2mcmuffins and a hash brown and the correct coffee. If I could give zero stars I would and their management is a clown college. Read more
Worst mcdonalds ever ! Again waited about 40 minutes for curbside ended up going in again to wait another 10 minutes to finally... get my three value meal order for my family. Manager says he didn't have anyone to run orders out except they appear much morestaffed than other locations with 1 employee standing doing nothing the whole 10 minutes I waited inside. Then order was wronganyway the daily double was literally drenched inside and out with mayo and unedible our chicken sandwich was clearly done anddrying out for 40 of the minutes I waited for my order it was more like jerky and went into the trash as well then I went andgot Arby's for our dinner since most of our food went into the trash and wasn't waiting for another 30 minutes or more to try anget mcdonalds. I arrived and left without food. This place just decides to end breakfast whenever they feel like it no matter what google tell... me that breakfast is still going on. Not only that they always seem to be out of things that take longer than a second to make.The place is a mess and I'm done going back just to be told that they don't sell what I want. Breakfast is supposed to end on 11on thursdays. I went there at 10:30 and it was already over. Screw this place. Read more
Snotty workers. I waited in the app order lot for over 15 minutes. I started wondering if something was forgotten or missed so I... went in to check I might have been snotty in my waiting in a hot car for so long, but only inquired about the order. I gotattitude right off the bat instead of an explanation and apology for the wait. I've worked in the service industry, I get it.But she turned to her coworker and loudly stated that I was the worst customer ever .. which actually makes her pretty lucky.Anyway, after the long wait and awful encounter I got home to find they got my order wrong. Not sure if it was on purpose or therush to get me out of there, but the entire thing was unacceptable. There are far better choices in the area. Read more
The manager I think her name was Lori was so rude. Your workers were back there cussing at the other short guy. Lori just let... them and I've been here multiple times and just seen her on her phone doing nothing or just yelling. They also messed up myorder before and were mad when I asked her to remake it.
