Absolutely went down hill. Burrito was nearly 100% rice. Don?t expect more than 5 pieces of meat in a burrito. Also don?t expect... to get what you order because you won?t. 10/10 would never recommend this location to anyone. Read more
They messed up our order last week so we didn't eat them. Thus, they said the would remake it this week. We get there tonight... the mgr says only entree will be replaced and the drinks are$2.49 for a small. The meal with a drink is only$6.99. Go toBrighton stay clear of Howell.The food and service are much better. Thats rediculous not to give us the drink that isincluded in the meal price. Maybe they should have paid my gasoline bill that it took to drive all the way back to town topick up my original order. Read more
Unfortunately the last few times I have been here it has been a bad experience. Had issues with the drive thru apparently not... being triggered when I came up to it. Waited quite a while and also moved up and back and still nobody answered. Drove around tothe window and the workers just stared at me for a bit, nobody came to the window right away. I am assuming the female thatfinally came to the window was a manager of sorts. She was extremely rude and when I told her the speaker must not be working ,she said I obviously didn?t pull up tot the right spot, really? I order here all the time with no issues. We come a lot. Thiswas a few weeks ago. Today I ordered online. Picked up my food. Got orders for a few of us. Open up my burrito bowl and it isonly about 1/3 full bowl. Never had it like that before and I order the same thing all the time. Not sure what has changed atthis location but not interested in paying high prices for declining service and food. I travel for work and have been to more than 20 different Qdobas over the years. This was hands down the best experience I have... ever had. Staff was efficient and friendly, very clean, and the food was great. The chips are usually hit or miss, these werethe best chips I have had from a qdoba. Whoever runs this qdoba is doing a great job. Read more
I got a burrito but it looked more like a softball. The ingredients were correct and it tasted fine just a bit in the short side
Lovvveee Qdoba and special shout out to the nice girl who hooked me up with the fajita veggies. They ran out just as I was... ordering my burrito bowl and I had made a comment how much I love there fajita veggies. My fiance was paying and I was gettingmy beverage as they were being cooked fresh and by the time I was done getting my drink she had my bowl ready for me and reallygave me a good portion. This Qdoba is by far one of my favorites everything is always correct and everybody always has afriendly attitude every time I go in. The Wednesday special is the best. Great food and it?s served hot and fresh! Great hard working crew! Think s the place to... go! Oct 26 2022 update. Still 5stars. The Wednesday bowl special is to good! But I sat and watched the staff work together.What a group of busy bees. The flow of the customers is steady as the servers fulfill each single order. Two teams one for thedrive through and one for the dine in. The third crew keeps the fired grill cooking and replacing fresh and hot, if needed,servings of the various toppings for each order.
