I almost write bad reviews, but the older lady who?s working the drive thru in the mornings is so mean and rude, I don?t... understand how she still has a job. Very condescending in every sentence and overcharged me for my drink twice now. She doesn?tsay anything polite such as have a nice day. Last time I said thank you for my wrong made and overpriced drink, and she slammedthe window shut. Will not be returning. Read more
First (and last) time at this tim hortons. Was driving on m59, needed gas and saw this Tim Hortons and decided to stop for... both. The drive through if you come through the m59 entrance, makes no sense since you don?t see the drive thru for them. Youhave to drive past the window to get to the actual drive through and then after you place your order you drive across thetraffic in the parking lot to get to the window?.. it doesn?t make sense. I didn?t even see the drive though because it was onthe other side ACROSS parking lot traffic, I got to the window and the guy gave me a weird look which yes I would give me aweird look too, as long as the company location drive-thru made sense, but it didn?t. The guy was nice enough to take our orderof 2 plain breakfast sausage egg cheese bagels, and then tells us for future reference how the odd drive-thru layout is, butthat since there was no one in the drive thru line they would take our order. Cool, only reason for 3 stars. Appreciate thefeedback of the weird layout and how to navigate. If they had one car in the drive thru line I may have noticed the weirdlayout. But then we got back 2 WRONG breakfast bagels. With no one in line before or after us. How? Instead of sausage we gotbacon. How? Literally not busy yet messed up the order? Would not have mattered if we went through the drive thru since therewas no one in line before or after us, we were the only ones. Kind of a misstep if you make a simple mistake when you?re notbusy, what kind of mistakes do you make when you ARE busy? Unfortunate as I work in healthcare and rely A LOT on caffeine andmay have gotten a lot of coffee from here in the future. Please take this as an opportunity to grow/learn and maybe get somesigns for the m59 entrance as to where to go for the drive thru since I?m positive I?m not the only one to have this issue. Pulled in to the drive through, ordered a medium bold dark roast and medium vanilla iced. Got to the window, was handed a large... ice coffee and a small iced coffee. I asked what the second one was assuming the first was correct aside from size, was told itwas what I ordered. When I asked AGAIN what it was I was answered a cold iced coffee. It was what I wanted, it was what Iordered. I said no, I wanted a bold dark roast. I was assured I was wrong and that I ordered this iced coffee. The server wasarguing with me about my order. Sign and online says they are open at 6am. Went there at 730am, all the doors are locked and they had let in select customers.... While the rest of us were left outside. Of the drive through and dine in are different hours. They need to post them. Read more
did a mobile app order and picked the one nearest me it said (i was in parking lot) and apparently it went to another location. ... they would not redo my food only if i paid again for it, and they would not honor my coupon i used for my order thru app to getthe discount (whole purpose had to use the mobile app). and no refund was given. i was way out of direction to go to the otherplace to pick up my food and drinks. Waited 15 mins in the drive thru, ordered two diet Cokes. Got two reg coke, so called to see if they could fix it, their only... fix is to wait in the drive thru again and "let them know what happened" I already waited in line, y'all messed up. The kids said their donuts were good, but I cannot say the same for my bagel. My pretzel bagel had so much salt it was not... edible. I tried to scrape some of it off, but it was still very salty. I paid for cream cheese, and the amount was so sad...sovery, very sad. I had to throw it away. To top it off, burnt my mouth with a sip of hot chocolate. The good news is, it isclean, and split with a Coldstone Creamery. The service was quick. Read more
My bacon, egg and cheese English muffin had egg shells sitting on top of the egg. And it wasn't cooked all the way through. My... ice capp made me sick as soon as I started drinking it. We most of the time like what we get there and this put us off of thislocation. Read more
